“Very different dishes but extremely delicious!!“

“This cozy restaurant has left the best impression. Came for a romantic date night after a friend recommended it. Great atmosphere, excellent service (Dan was amazing), delicious dishes and drinks, and wonderful dessert. I highly recommend and will be returning again.“

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

“Dinner was great from the ease of making the reservation on line to the delicious steak cooked to perfection! We did not wait that long for our food as we thought as some reviews indicated long wait times. Or Server Jess was amazing and very attentive to our needs throughout our meal. “Stopped at Kelseys for appetizers and drinks and had a great experience. The spinach dip was delicious and appreciated Domenic making the time to check on us while it was so busy. It’s the perfect place to go for date night, a friends get together, or a meal as a family.“

“This Swiss Chalet on York Street in Hamilton is hands-down the best… better than the Burlington location, better than Queenston, and better than the one up on James. The food here always comes out piping hot, and the service is fantastic. I wish the other locations ran with the same level of efficiency and quality. The staff are always friendly, and there’s a great guy named Yasin who really makes the place stand out.“

“I don't usually leave reviews but I just wanted to comment on the amazing service I always receive when coming into Kelsey's. I am made to feel welcome and service is fast and accommodating. Cailen and Emily always make delicious drinks as well as provide fantastic recommendations! I look forward to coming back and hopefully being served by them again!“

“Went here for breakfast with my friends and I'm so happy that we chose this place. The food is great and the atmosphere is vibey. The guy at the counter was incredible. He came running right after us as we were leaving and handed my friends phone which my friend had accidentally forgotten. Which we really appreciate. I can recommend this place more.“

“What a perfect hidden gem. We had just visited the RBG and were looking for somewhere to grab a bite for lunch. Scanning Google Maps, I found this café. I was so happy as our local ones have closed up and it was always a favourite for us. We ordered a sandwich to go as we chose to eat outside since we were travelling with our dogs. There are plenty of picnic tables outside with beautiful views of the harbour. The interior dining room looked so cozy with plenty of booths and a fireplace. The staff were lovely, and when they heard we were splitting dessert, they cut it nicely in half. I've added this to my map as a place to visit again when in the area.“
