“Starbucks on Ira needles in the Sobey's plaza has the best customer service I've experienced thus far. The drinks have always been on point no matter who makes them there.

Today put it over the top with the service I received from Amanda. I was so happy I had to write a review. She gave great suggestions and made the drink soooooooo good. It's like she knew what I was looking for. Love this location. Great job you guys.“

A few times I've accidentally ordered my mobile order to a different location while on lunch break, and they've happily made the order for me so I don't have to waste money on a second one. Drinks are always as ordered, and the snacks are always fresh.“

“I love Starbucks, and this location is always clean and suited well with friendly staff. However, my drinks always get cold too quickly. I sat in a few days ago and within 10 minutes my drink was already lukewarm. Maybe that's typical for a Starbucks drink, however it wasn't necessarily pleasant.“
