“Great experience! Nathan/ Nate was our server and he was great, very personable and got everything we asked for quickly and with ease. I got the chicken wings and cheddar broccoli soup and my husband got a burger with a side of fries and extra side of fries. It was all great and came promptly. We don’t normally go to chain restaurants. So I am grading this compared to other chains, as I do tend to find the food better / fresher at individually owned places. But overall it was a great experience and very affordable for a night out.“

“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

“Pass by here every day, decided to give it a try on a saturday afternoon. Lady at the cash was really nice and said they specialize in something called a Pastizzi. I got a meat Pastizzi and a coffee, the Pastizzi was flaky crispy and the filling was flavourful. I'll for sure be back again when I have the chance! (Oh and the pastizzis are only 2.50 each)“

“We went to Kelsey’s for a Team get together, the food was amazing, and our Server, Andrew was fantastic! We were a group of over 25 and he was so on the ball. Was accurate in order taking, brought our drinks in a timely manner, knew who ordered what and was very friendly! Will definitely be back to this location with the great service!“

“I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.

“Went for double date lunch today.
All four of us loved the food and drinks - highly recommended. We waited a rather long time for our food as the wings had to be made from scratch, and saw people who arrived after us being served there food first, but we did not mind as we were not in a hurry and had all afternoon. Pleasant atmposhere.
Waitress was friendly, helpful and checked up on us regularly.

“Did takeout for work and the food was amazing! Everyone enjoyed it and it was still hot by the time we ate it. I got the lunch special fish and chips (highly recommend, so good I would add the 2nd piece of fish). Service was awesome, they helped bring the food to the car and the order process was painless. I didn't sit inside but it looked clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.“
