“This has quickly become my go-to spot for ramen. The beef Lanzhou noodles is nothing short of outstanding—rich, flavorful, and truly one-of-a-kind. While the restaurant is not halal, if that’s not an issue for you, we highly recommend paying a visit. On a chilly winter day, it’s the ideal place to cozy up and indulge in a hearty, delicious bowl of ramen that warms you from the inside out. We can’t recommend it enough!“

“Passed by this restaurant many times over the years and finally dropped in with my family. We ordered a few of the signature noodle dishes (Dan Dan mian, handmade beef noodles, spinach noodles, braised pork ramen - except they ran out of ramen and gave us different noodles). We also ordered dumplings, the sweet and sour cucumber, and cumin lamb.
All of the main dishes were between $11.99-$12.99, the lamb was $20.99. For the price point, there aren’t too many complaints other than the broth not being super flavourful, but it still tasted great. Loved the lamb and dumplings, and the cucumber was good to cut all the oil. The portion sizes for the noodle dishes were amazing for $12!
The only thing that I would note is that everything is very oily, which I know is common for Chinese food, but I think they’d benefit from a bit less.
Would come back!“

“We were cheerfully greeted when we walked in. Be brought our 11 month old with us and the waitress was so friendly. She got a highchair out right away.
We ordered the sirloin and the pork belly noodles, spring rolls and deep fried dumplings. We got medium heat for the noodles which was perfect. (They use chili oil and fresh chilis so they are very serious about the heat level).
We also got a mango passionfruit smoothie and a banana smoothie. Both were extremely flavourful highly recommend.
Food was excellent. Staff was excellent. Bathrooms were nice.“

“I got the pork hot green pepper bun to go. I wouldn’t say it’s spicy but it was seasoned very well and I enjoyed it quite a bit. For the price, portion size and quality I think it was really good. I also liked that they packed the bun in an aluminum based wrapper which helped keep it warm. I’ll definitely be back to try their lamb bun and the pork noodles since the other reviews seem to praise those.
Also they do 5% off for cash purchases so keep that in mind if you want to save a little.“

“This is one of my go-to Chinese restaurants in Mississauga! The portions are big, and everything tastes super fresh and delicious. I love their Peking duck and wonton soup. The staff are really kind and attentive, and the food always comes out fast—great when you’re extra hungry. Highly recommend!“

“we come here quite often, one of the best places for noodles and we don't live in the area. staff are always friendly and food comes fast, hot, and delicious every. time. they're always busy but wait is never that long and if it is, it's worth it. I haven't had a bad experience yet hope they thrive and stay fantastic“

“可以,这里是你的英文翻译:
Business is great, and the service is excellent. The Typhoon Shelter-style fried lobster is fantastic and worth trying; however, the chives in the Chaozhou stir-fry were far too tough to chew. The marinated platter was rather disappointing — we didn’t finish it, and when we took it home, it spoiled by the next day. The lotus leaf chicken rice had a nice flavor, but contained small chicken bones, so be careful when eating. Perhaps my expectations were too high, and I felt a bit let down after trying it.“

“This cozy restaurant is a hidden gem, serving fresh, piping hot dishes that are full of flavor. We tried the Sesame Beef Dry, and it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had—crispy and perfectly seasoned. The chili chicken was equally impressive, with a rich, saucy flavor that we loved. We’ll definitely be returning!“

“I had a delicious and relatively satisfying dinner. I think the difference from other restaurants is that they serve sour plum tea instead of water. I quite liked it! I would recommend this restaurant for those who haven’t eaten Chinese-style skewers and the numb spicy soup base meat bowl ?“

“Not my first time here and would always come for the noodle rolls and congee as well as their HK milk tea (or milk tea and coffee).
Service is what you expect at a HK establishment. Food is consistent and decent portion for the price.
It gets pretty packed but I haven't dined in here in so long and would always just get take out.“

“By far the best sushi all you can eat in the GTA. Fresh food, good service and huge menu. The best: Fresh sashimi/niguiri/tourched salmon. Beef teriyaki, tuna, shrimp tempura, the variety of soups and rolls. They include green tea. After the second round, service slow down but still, very good service.“

“Royal Garden is hands-down one of my favourite places in Mississauga to eat Hakka. It’s a very clean restaurant with many options. One of the biggest advantages of coming to Royal Garden is there ridiculously large portions. I would recommend this for anyone“

“Nice restaurant for anyone looking to have desi Chinese. Mind you it is not Hakka so it is indeed much more flavourful and actually feels like desi Chinese. We had chicken corn soup, chilli chicken, egg fried rice, beef chilli and veg chowmein. Everything was fantastic, beef chilli the pieces or slices could have been thinner to add more flavour to the beef we felt. Service was nice and attentive too. Book a table online to avoid the long inperson wait times due to the demand. We booked online and were immediately seated. Highly recommended.“

“My first experience at China China Palace was amazing! It was recommended to me after I asked if anyone knew a good Chinese restaurant in Mississauga. I can see why my friend's family has been ordering from China Palace for years. The food was very fresh, not greasy, and not salty. The woman who took my order at the counter was very friendly, and explained some of the dishes I was unsure about. She was also very accomodating when I made a few changes to some of the dishes I ordered. The food was ready within 10-15 minutes. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for delicious fresh food, as well as fast and friendly service.“

“Decent chinese restaurant for typical rice and noodle dishes. Lunch combos include drink if you pay cash. Restaurant gets pretty full during weekend lunch hours. Not much parking in the front of this plaza, but there's lots of parking in the back.“

“Went to Goldenview, food was mid, but the owner (an old man with a long white beard and staff) changed my life. After closing, he pushed the tables aside, taught me kung fu, and told me a tale about a student who wasn’t prepared and got casted out. That gave me the strength to never give up.
At the tournament, I faced him—my enemy, the legendary Joe Nuts. We fought fiercely, and just as he was about to finish me, I unleashed the forbidden Iron Spider Technique and claimed victory.
Afterward, we all returned to Goldenview to celebrate, where I stuffed my mouth with the most glorious chicken balls of my life.“

“I’ve been to my share of bustling Chinese restaurants, but nothing quite compares to Congee Queen. Stepping inside, you're hit with a vibrant energy. The massive, open dining hall is so striking it almost feels like you’ve been transported to a flashy, Vegas-style canteen. Despite its size, the atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxed.
The menu is a testament to its name, but it’s also so much more. While their extensive selection of congee is a definite highlight, I always find myself drawn to their wide variety of traditional Cantonese dishes. A few of my personal favourites include the fragrant vegetable fried rice and the savoury satay beef rice. The classic Cantonese chow mein is also a must-try. For something different, you can’t go wrong with the sirloin steak with chili black pepper or the beef with mushrooms. The kitchen here is lightning-fast—it’s amazing how quickly your food arrives, perfect for when you're starving.
Service is just as quick and efficient, making the entire experience from start to finish feel seamless.
But let's talk about the real star of the show: their homemade chili oil. This stuff is a true game-changer. It's a flavourful, spicy condiment that elevates everything it touches. don’t be shy, you absolutely have to add a few spoonfuls to your congee, noodles, or anything else you're having. It makes a good meal great.
A tell-tale sign of an authentic Chinese restaurant is when a large number of the patrons are from the same culture and region, and Congee Queen is no exception. This place is packed with people who truly appreciate genuine flavours, which tells you everything you need to know—you're in for an authentic and satisfying meal.“

“I go to stall in the mall. Food is great. Price is right. Except for last night they charged me $5 more than they always do. Apparently, they were trying to refund a dude $5, out of MY pocket. What a joke. But I'll go back. Food is great, prices are usually right.“

“I recently dined at China Impression, and it was a mostly enjoyable experience with some standout dishes.
The Beef in Hot Sour Sauce had a nice tangy flavor, though the use of glass noodles seemed to cut back on the amount of beef, which was a slight letdown. Both the Cantonese E-Fu Noodle and Yangzhou Style Fried Rice were average and not dishes I’d particularly recommend.
However, the Deep Fried Shrimp with Spiced Salt was phenomenal! The shrimp were fresh, perfectly crispy, and seasoned to perfection. Even the shells were so light and crunchy that you could eat them. This dish is a must-try!
The Tilapia Fish with Mixed Mushroom & Tofu was another highlight. The broth was light and naturally sweet, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. A tip: ask for this dish to be served before heavier Sichuan dishes, as its delicate flavors might otherwise get lost.
The Stir-Fried Intestines with Soy Sauce was delicious and paired wonderfully with rice—so much so that even the kids loved it! The Tofu with Assorted Meat was also excellent, with silky, tender tofu and bold, well-seasoned flavors.
One minor downside was the wait time; dishes took about 10–15 minutes to arrive, which could be improved.
Overall, China Impression is a great spot if you know what to order. I’ll definitely be back for their standout shrimp and fish dishes!“

“My family has been ordering from this location since I was in single digits (we're talking 6/7). I'm 37 now. We began ordering from here when we lived in Rexdale, off Redgrave Drive. To say we are life long customers is an understatement. The food never disappoints. And YES it is pretty standard for this place to take an hour or more for delivery. It's been like that since the mid '90s and even when we moved up the street, it was the same. They are very busy, and for good reason. If you're someone who is used to standard pizza time delivery, don't get it for delivery, pick it up. If you don't listen or believe them when they tell you 50 to 60 minutes for delivery, that's on you. Also, I've NEVER received cold food from them.“

“So I have always praised Sea Star for their incredible dishes! Always tasty! EXCEPT for one dish I just don’t understand the change.
Korean beef and rice used to be sweet, tender, lots of mushrooms and beans! Just enuf hear level for me to get excited! Now it’s sallllty. Oh soooo salty!! The beef prices are no longer tender.
I really want to ask the chef what changed but it’s a small business and I don’t want to upset the cart.“

“Delicious cantonese comfort food at an affordable price. This is probably the cheapest place in town to get tasty chinese food. I especially liked the chicken wings. They were ultra crispy and served piping hot. Best of all they were $8 for 10 big wings. Best deal on wings in the city.“
“Portions are very filling! They give a lot of noodles with your order~ I had to take some home because I couldn’t finish. The soup was delicious and packed with flavour~ The lamb and beef kebabs had a great cumin flavour and had a bit of fatty meat that wasn’t overbearingly greasy. Will definitely come by again ^^“

“Came here with family for dinner and it was better than I thought it would be! Prices are fair and portions are huge. Flavours are pretty good too!
The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The atmosphere is a bit outdated and has a family owned feel to it. Parking spaces are limited here which is a bit annoying. Will try again if we're in the area!“

“The taste of the food is incredible if you are familiar with spicier dishes from southern China, or the vegetables native to China. The dishes are definitely very consistently good in taste and portions, as I have had the experience of ordering them from Uber Eats many times.
The taste is very authentic but would probably not be what you expect if you mostly eat the Americanized Chinese food. The flavours are bold and umami, but probably not what you expect from the English dish names. There are many non-spicy options for those people that don't want to eat spicy, as well, such as Braised Tofu with Shrimp, Stir Fried Lettuce (not the leafy lettuce; I would actually translate it as Celtuce stem) with Salty Pork, Stir Fried Lamb with Green Onion, etc. None of their soups are very spicy, and I've enjoyed every one I tried.
Note, the style of service is probably different from what North Americans expect...the servers don't loiter around the tables and make conversation, but they are friendly in attitude and very prompt in coming to your table if you ring the electronic service bell at every table. The service is definitely more culturally aligned with what you would expect in China, not typical of American restaurants.
On our latest visit, my husband and I enjoyed the Fish Soup with Fresh Pepper & Purple Perilla, which the servers did warn us when we ordered that the dish takes a long time to prepare. The other stir fried dishes (Country Style Stir Fried Pork with Green Pepper; Stir Fried Cumin Lamb) arrived quickly, probably within 10 minutes, but the particular fish soup took almost an hour to arrive. However, it was so flavourful that it was worth it to wait for it to come to the table, and then to wait for the broth to continue boiling down at the table to a thicker consistency. They used a whole fish, which was probably killed cleaned and fried just before they put it in the soup. The crepey fish skin was a fun-in-your-mouth texture, and the fish meat melts in your mouth with a definite fresh taste.
We did come to celebrate an occasion, so we ordered more than we could eat, spent more than usual and ended up taking a lot of food home. All in all, despite their only taking cash or e-transfer for payment, it is difficult to replicate the taste of their dishes at other restaurants without going to downtown Toronto, Richmond Hill, or east to Markham. Knowing the work that goes into many of the items offered on the menu, I find the flavours and prices a good value.
Please do not order a hotpot here if you are not a veteran of spicy Chinese hotpots and the Chinese vegetables that go in them. Would recommend first-time visitors to try stir fried dishes, either spicy or non-spicy.“

“I come here once or twice a week for lunch time. They prepare your food insanely fast and are always consistent with taste.
The lunch deals are great value. And their chicken balls taste amazing! White meat moist with a nice crunch. The fried rice is flavourful with lots of chicken and veggies so it’s generous.
I’ll be continuing my visits here.“

“Ordered Pad Thai (Chicken)Wasn't expecting much from a small mall's quick service food location, but I looked through their kitchen window and they got it done on their wok fast and fresh. Actually turned out pretty well. Not too heavy on flavour, wasn't on the heavy sweet/sour side, a hint of spiciness. Rice noodles nicely coated. Chicken was tender. Served hot.“

“We ordered delivery via Uber Eats from here. The food was 4/5 to my family’s liking. We ordered the chicken wings, general tso chicken, fried rice, Shanghai noodles, and sweet and sour fish.
We placed our order very early, before 5pm, and scheduled it for an 8pm delivery. However, even with more than 3 hours advance notice our order was an hour late, arriving after 9pm. I do not know if this was a scheduling issue with the restaurant or the Uber Eats app. I would try this place again and order other items on the menu to try.“
