McDonald's in Mississauga

“*****SAMUELA***** is the queen of the early morning drive thru. I go out of my way to come to this location due to the excellent service I receive from her. She has such a professional attitude- one day the order taker took my order and took off before typing it in, leaving Samuela with no clue what was going on when I pulled up to the window. She handled the situation with the utmost of aplomb. I was so impressed, but I know that she will be promoted soon, and I will lose her in the morning!“

“The place was reasonably clean, and the food was good.

However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and efficient service at this location.
I was in a hurry so I really noticed how well they operated to get me my orders. They are noticeably faster, even though it was a weekday's dinner time.“

I had an exceptional experience at McDonald’s thanks to Stephanie, the cashier/server. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Stephanie was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring my order was taken quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was her patience and positive attitude, even during the busy lunch rush. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and her genuine kindness made my visit truly enjoyable. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a dedicated and wonderful employee like Stephanie.

I will definitely be returning because of the excellent customer service she provided!“

“Decent average McDonald's, not terribly busy so overall short wait times except Fridays where it's loaded with teen kids taking up seating tables. Usually there's security guards/uniformed Police hanging out. Makes me think they had issues before.“

“1st order, 23Aug24: order two mcchickens with 1 extra chicken patty each and 2 quarter pounder with cheese. The quarter pounder was like a premium mcdouble, and it came with whole onions over minced onions. McDonalds’ whole onions are bland and sweet, not too spicy. The burger was wider, so there was more surface area for the toppings. The McChicken’s tasted good, but had a peanut taste. Either the breading had peanuts contamination or it was cooked in a peanut oil? I like beef burgers over chicken burgers, but LN likes chicken burgers. Overall would reorder this again if I wanted some premium McDonalds burgers.“

“I haven't been there in a long time. I went there a few days ago and had the poutine and it was amazing. Of course their coffee is excellent. One of the only ones I can have black. Thank you for doing great things for Greg. My Maria had a kid's happy meal. We both loved it, I feel the love :) /“

“The restaurant is spacious and can be accessed from outside the mall as well as from inside the mall. The seating area is well decorated and attractive for the children.

Food is average but the service is excellent. It benefits from the free mall parking lot.

Parking: During rush period one may find it difficult to park close to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: It offers food options for kids. The restaurant inside decor is attractive for children.“

“smaller store compared to other mickey ds. went here to try the big arch as not all branches carry them, plus a filet-o-fish and coffee for my wife. we both loved their latest burger. service was friendly and fast. the young guy who assisted us seemed to enjoy what he's doing -- all smiles and attentive. when we were about to leave, we saw several crew members keeping the area spic-and-span -- sweeping the floors and wiping the tables. even though the place was packed with dining customers and had a steady flow of those doing takeout, it was well maintained and orderly. kudos to the team for doing such a fantastic job!“

“I’m a regular here and recently I’ve noticed a new guy named Andre, he is absolutely amazing. He’s so kind and is always smiling, always willing to help. Constantly keeping the cafe clean, changing all the garbage’s, he’s truly amazing. Great job Andre :)“

“The atmosphere is great but an employee starting throwing food at me and boiling oil at me, i took it to court and i got a compnensation of $500,000, as the oil caused me to get third degree burns. Im only rating this of 4 stars because the food was great but that one employee gerald, was terrible. oh and the atmosphere was great too. to this day, whenever i go into water, i get ptsd, so thanks mickey d's. YAY :( also i reccomend the mcflurry because its cold

Vegetarian options: there are none what is this a cafe!?!?!??!?! who realistically foes to mcicky d's to get veggies

Parking: when i came there were 2 parking spots avaliable, and no one else was parked outside/

“I start my mornings with coffee and breakfast from McDonald's, and it's always a great experience. My order is consistently correct, and the employees are friendly and helpful, making excellent food suggestions when I want to try something new. Highly recommend for a reliable and tasty start to the day!“

“A medium-sized McDonald's location with very friendly staff and quick service. It's very clean and the food is good for a McDonald's. I prefer BK but eat here when I am waiting for my doctor as his office is beside the restaurant.“

“MATE ever since this location did a little reopening rebrand rejuvenation they have taken it to the MOON. I stg they didn't even charge me tax it was like an angel from the skies or a Christmas miracle idk. The manager here I think it's Divya they got this location COOKIN Idk if Larry owns this one like Mavis or creditview but he got MAJOR competition at the local franchise meeting that's for damn sure.“

“dang when i was out in mississauga you know sleeping under bushes and chasing tail.. this eatery was the best.. i mean id go threre in the mornings right before i ran across the street to wash my drrrrty threads... so id grab a breakfast sandwich and a cofffee or a burger and coke you know depends on if i missed breakfast or whatever.. but yeah this place was alright...after a while i jus went for the CPHO Theresa Tam Loookalike worker there ...she was kinda cute.“

I would rate a 5⭐️for the service if they don’t run out of ketsup in their dispenser.

Parking: No problem with parking.

“5 stars because compared to the McDonald’s by Starsky it feels like I’m in another country (even tho they’re 5 minutes away).

The food quality and service is just superior. Employees are more friendly and they don’t disrespect your food.

Let me give you an example:

At Sheridan McDonald’s if you ask for a junior chicken + habanero sauce they will put the mayo at the top and the habanero sauce at the bottom. At the other location they just mash it all up and pray the sauce doesn’t leak out of the wrapper.“

“We were in drive through and we ordered a big Mac a long with a free fries from the McDonald's app. the app wasn't working the code was not going through my mom was upset because of this and we spent awhile trying to get the code to work. the employee in first window was waiting really patiently and never rushed us and after the code not working and us going to paying. the employee took out her own phone and asked if we wanted her free fries code from her own mcds app. I thought this was really nice she did not have to do that for us. We saw her name was moria i think..she was brownskin and looked and sounded young.not only was great service but still just a kind thing to do when you see a customer irritated“

Just wonderful! especially with my autistic son. she is just absolutely amazing! so polite. She engaged in conversation with my autistic son about his meal. Even though she was clearly very busy. “I visited this branch of McDonalds for the first time.I went through the drive thru and was waiting at the driveway, when I was greeted by this sweet employee named kushman. He came to give me my order and further helped me understand what was on the menu because the girl on the window was not able to guide me through it. He was very patient when he was communicating with me. Only giving a 5 star rating because of this kid.“

“This location is inside Walmart. Workplace cramped and overflowing but the staff were coping. Coffee tasted burnt.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is on the main floor of Walmart and is very wheelchair accessible with no impeding obstructions.“

“The people at this location are wonderful, I have heard them singing behind the counter and they always seem to be having a good time together. Service is always quick and friendly but I took off one star because I recently got a hash brown that I'm pretty sure had been put in the fryer a second time before being served to me. So my sense of it is that Walmart McDonald locations are not maintained at the same standard as standalone stores and I try to avoid them for anything more than a quick coffee.“

I switched to McDonald’s coffee from Tim Hortons a few months back and come through the drive thru almost daily.
