“The place was reasonably clean, and the food was good.

However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and efficient service at this location.
I was in a hurry so I really noticed how well they operated to get me my orders. They are noticeably faster, even though it was a weekday's dinner time.“

“1st order, 23Aug24: order two mcchickens with 1 extra chicken patty each and 2 quarter pounder with cheese. The quarter pounder was like a premium mcdouble, and it came with whole onions over minced onions. McDonalds’ whole onions are bland and sweet, not too spicy. The burger was wider, so there was more surface area for the toppings. The McChicken’s tasted good, but had a peanut taste. Either the breading had peanuts contamination or it was cooked in a peanut oil? I like beef burgers over chicken burgers, but LN likes chicken burgers. Overall would reorder this again if I wanted some premium McDonalds burgers.“

“smaller store compared to other mickey ds. went here to try the big arch as not all branches carry them, plus a filet-o-fish and coffee for my wife. we both loved their latest burger. service was friendly and fast. the young guy who assisted us seemed to enjoy what he's doing -- all smiles and attentive. when we were about to leave, we saw several crew members keeping the area spic-and-span -- sweeping the floors and wiping the tables. even though the place was packed with dining customers and had a steady flow of those doing takeout, it was well maintained and orderly. kudos to the team for doing such a fantastic job!“

“Overall, this location is quite nice. After placing a breakfast order, however, I received a set of rock-hard hotcakes. Today I went through the drive-thru with my friends to redeem some Monopoly coupons I received from Mayfield McDonald’s. Unfortunately, one of my friends who was with me works at this location. At the first window, everything seemed fine, but when we got to the second window, the woman who gave the code by herself rushed to the second window and she literally yelled at my friend in front of me and said we couldn’t redeem the coupon because my friend is working over this location. She could have mentioned before giving the food.

I explained that the coupons were mine, not hers, but the woman’s rude behaviour was incredibly annoying and embarrassing. She even called my friend a “bastard,” which is completely unacceptable.

I understand McDonald’s has policies regarding coupon redemption, and that’s fine but it’s the staff’s responsibility to explain those policies politely. Instead, the woman showed no basic manners, refused to apologise, and even shut the window in our faces.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I won't appreciate this behaviour and I hope this experience never happens to other customers.“

After a long day, all I wanted was my usual chicken burger. However, when I got home, I discovered I had been given a beef burger instead—something I absolutely cannot eat.
I immediately tried to contact the store to rectify this mistake. What followed was a frustrating and frankly unacceptable ordeal. I called multiple times, but my calls went unanswered for hours. It was only after relentless attempts that I finally got through to someone.
When I did, the employee I spoke with, Sumohit, was extremely unhelpful. There was no apology for the error or for the complete lack of communication. I was met with indifference and a total unwillingness to resolve the issue.
This isn't just about a wrong order; it's about a complete breakdown in service. When a customer receives an order they can't eat and then has their concerns dismissed, it's a huge letdown. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering ever coming back.“

“The atmosphere is great but an employee starting throwing food at me and boiling oil at me, i took it to court and i got a compnensation of $500,000, as the oil caused me to get third degree burns. Im only rating this of 4 stars because the food was great but that one employee gerald, was terrible. oh and the atmosphere was great too. to this day, whenever i go into water, i get ptsd, so thanks mickey d's. He took my order carefully, made sure everything was correct, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. It honestly made the visit much better than usual. Okay, so I finally tried the McVeggie Burger and honestly… WOW 😍🔥 what a surprise!! This one really hit the spot and gave me that nostalgic Indian McVeggie vibe 🇮🇳💚

👉 Taste: The burger is simply amazing 🤩 – the veggie patty is delicious, well-seasoned and has that proper Indian taste 🌶️🥦🥔. It even has that Indian food smell that makes you feel like you’re back home 🏡💛

👉 Sauce: The sauce inside is just perfect 👌😋 – creamy, tangy and blends so well with the patty. No dryness at all, every bite is juicy and full of flavor 🥪✨

👉 Bun: The bun is super soft 🥯💕 – like melt-in-your-mouth soft! It balances the crunch of the patty beautifully.

👉 For Vegetarians: Honestly, for vegetarians this is nothing less than heaven 🌈🌿🙌. Finally something that is not just a “substitute” but a proper burger experience ❤️

“Was in the area after visiting the International Center. My grandson wanted McDonald's. Excellent experience. Ordered fries and they were literally fresh out of the fryer. Piping hot, perfectly done. My grandson was happy with his hamburger and fries and I ordered a milkshake which was perfect. Overall a great visit, friendly staff, a well managed location with a playland inside. If I was in the area I would visit again. I'm not a regular fast food eater but this location could be used as the base instance for a great fast food restaurant.“

“We were in drive through and we ordered a big Mac a long with a free fries from the McDonald's app. the app wasn't working the code was not going through my mom was upset because of this and we spent awhile trying to get the code to work. the employee in first window was waiting really patiently and never rushed us and after the code not working and us going to paying. the employee took out her own phone and asked if we wanted her free fries code from her own mcds app. I thought this was really nice she did not have to do that for us. “On our way home, we often stop by this McDonald’s right off the highway exit. This time, I ordered inside since I had deleted the McDonald’s app. I got a chocolate sundae, but instead of the usual plastic cup, it came in a paper one. I couldn’t help but think, “Wait, Canada’s still doing this?” Honestly, the paper made it feel kind of cheap, and it didn’t taste as good. I really wish they’d bring back the plastic.

The menu is a beautiful paradox: somehow exactly the same as it was 20 years ago, yet still capable of surprising you. You didn’t plan on ordering a McFlurry at 10:47 a.m., but here you are, explaining to yourself that “it’s basically yogurt.” The fries? Still the gold standard. If world peace depended on salty, crispy perfection, McDonald’s fries would be negotiating the treaty.
Service is impressively fast...blink and your food appears. Is it because they’re efficient or because your order was already half-assembled before you walked in? We may never know. The ice cream machine is either broken or working perfectly, like Schrödinger’s Dairy.
Atmosphere wise, McDonald’s is a melting pot of humanity: parents bargaining with toddlers, teens pretending this is “ironic,” and adults who absolutely said “I’m just grabbing a coffee” and left with a full combo.
In the end, McDonald’s doesn’t pretend to be gourmet. It knows who it is and sometimes, who you are at that exact moment is someone who needs nuggets, fries, and a Coke that tastes inexplicably better here than anywhere else.
Would I recommend it? Yes. Will I feel slightly ashamed afterward? Also yes. But I’ll be back.“

“I recently visited the McDonald’s at Derry & McLaughlin, and I was specifically hoping to find some Adopt Me legendary toys that my kids had been wanting for a long time. The manager, Amit, was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though they only had common toys available at the counter, he went above and beyond by checking the storeroom to see if any legendary toys were left. To our surprise, he found some and brought them out for us!

“I didn’t catch her name, but my Walmart paper bag ripped open and things fell onto the floor and she gave a McDonald’s paper bag which was much more sturdy. Kindness goes a long way, and that was excellent customer service. She also handed my order and food was great . This was December 10th at 7:15pm.. thanks you again for your kindness“

“Purchased 2 carafes; however only 12 cups were packed even though I confirmed with the girl. Called and spoke to TRESSA, and she was absolutely amazing. She took ownership of the situation immediately. She offered to send the cups to the school that I donated the coffees to. I let her know I’ll come back in an hour to grab them.
When I got there, it was super busy for the lunch rush. I heard her say “I gotta take care of this” and prioritized me. She was apologetic and understood no cups = 12 unhappy morning ppl.
