“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.“

“We had a wonderful time at the Swiss Chalet , the food was fantastic and the server ( Laura) was a pleasure. She made our time there so fun . At the end of our meal our server brought out finger bowls. They are bowls for you to clean your hands in water with lemon. It was a fun experience and Laura was very fun and helpful with everything we ask her. Definitely recommend and we would definitely come again.!!!“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “Service was impeccable. Food was beyond amazing. Ambience was beautiful ,being right next to the Falls. Usually more than we spend,but worth every cent! The appetizer of roasted brussel sprouts was delicious. A definite recommendation. All of the entrees I'm sure were great,but I loved the chicken, and my husband loved the beef. The desserts were also delicious. We both got the price fix meal of $75 each. Well worth it!“

We ordered a couple of beers and apparently the keg has just run out - the owner came over personally to apologize - nice touch I thought.

“It was a pleasant atmosphere for a family getaway location. Our server Abby was very nice and always made sure we were happy. Tom the sous chef came over and let us complement the food pallet. Best steak ive had by far from a restaurant. Will for sure come again!! Seats are very comfy and welcoming. The exlair was delicious.“

“Old style diner we loved the charm of the diner. We had breakfast the Canadian bacon was tender and delicious, eggs, home fries, toast and coffee. Everything was yummy. Quick service the waitress was polite and attentive we will definitely be coming back.“

“I grew up in Niagara Falls, but for the last 30 years have lived in Cincinnati Ohio ( US) . I fly home four or five times a year and EVERY TIME, I must stop at a Harvey's for an 1/4 Angus with bacon & Cheese or my home coming isn't complete . They still make em just ss i ask them to ; loaded with tomato and extra extra dill pickles. Still perfect, just like when I was a kid. I love you Harvey's.“

“It was an excellent breakfast. The 2x2x2 with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and two pancakes. Everything was cooked perfectly and service was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and pleasant, and it's just a few miles from the Falls and just down the street from the campground where we were staying. Plenty of parking in the back.“

“Easy check in, but was not able to get a table near the glass as it is pick and choose where they put you no matter the date You made your reservation. If you're first in line to get the elevator your last to get off and all the seats by the glass are taken. A little disappointed in that. We did ask about open seats and they still told us there is a half hour wait even though we had a reservation months in advance. Food was decent, piano is quite loud. Great experience though we'll do it again! The view was amazing and worth it around sunset!“
