“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! Thank you JEN you made our experience at Turtle Jack GREAT!“

“We booked well in advance as they say they give priority for a window seat to those that book (if they can)This worked well for us as we had a brilliant view of the falls. Service was quick but very friendly except for the person who showed us to the table!) Not everything that was on the menu was available, but what was there was very good. Prices were very reasonable given the tourist attraction outside! Would highly recommend“

“Dogs allowed on the patio! What a lovely experience with a view of the falls! They have a kids menu and even a doggy menu and will automatically bring your pup a bowl of water. We come here every time we come to Niagara falls. Their prices are reasonable and the food is good quality. They have the best toast and home fries in the morning for breakfast. The staff are super friendly. We don't know their names but we see the same guy every time we go and he is so friendly! Great service.“

“Love the renovation. Stopped in for a glass of wine to have a peek and unfortunately forgot my handbag in there! 🤦‍♀️. Was really busy and i didn’t realize till 1/2 way home and thank goodness, bartender found it when tidying up and was able to retrieve it today. “We had breakfast at the Prime Steakhouse (Rainbow Room) two days in a row. Pros: On the first day, we were served by Zlatko who was very mature and paid attention to our needs. On the second day, we were served by Volkan who was very charismatic and interested in learning more about us. Both of these great servers made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view was magnificent as you are able to see both the falls from the dining area. The food that they served was also good. Cons: There was not a huge selection available in the breakfast buffet. Sometimes it was also hard to identify certain foods because there was no labelling on any of the buffet items.“

“This place is the antithesis of a homey diner. The building is old and has a lot of the original design elements, including rough plaster and wooden beams. There are plenty of seating and original booths and cafe bar. Their breakfast is textbook, and they have wonderful open faced roast beef sandwiches to die for, highly recommend for breakfast or lunch

“I’ve lived in Niagara for 20 years and the Eager Beaver is our to go place now. Hands down the best chicken wings and pizza around. Our waitress Robin did an amazing job servicing my crew Saturday night. You definitely have to go and check it out. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you“

Parking: Plenty of parking with several adjacent free lots as well if it’s very busy, never had an issue finding a spot anytime of the year.“

“Good taste grilled burgers always! Newly renovated eating area, mixed farmy and industrial looking, relaxing! More booth installed, nice cushioned seats. Charging plugs at the side of the booth, very convenient. Great place to chill down after gym exercise.

Parking: Great location, just a couple of minutes off QEW on Mcleod road, nearby community center, Costco, Rona, walmart, theatre, dollarama.“

“It was an excellent breakfast. The 2x2x2 with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and two pancakes. Everything was cooked perfectly and service was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and pleasant, and it's just a few miles from the Falls and just down the street from the campground where we were staying. Plenty of parking in the back.“
