“Visited here yesterday for dinner. We ate until our hearts were content 😃 We tried several rolls and they were all great...the deep fried ones are good too. Tired the chicken skewers, salmon teriyaki, tempura, beef ribs all tasty. Tried the 3 different cakes and other sweets all lovely. Buffet was $38 a person. The bubble tea was extra but the guy took that off our order since we didn't know. Overall service was quick, food was fresh and all tasted great.“

We order here often—as you can see from the collection of photos I’ve amassed—and I can honestly say they’ve been consistent every single time. Their wasabi is made fresh, just like their sushi.

Our daughter has been eating sashimi since she was two, and I’ve never had any concerns about the quality of the fish from this place. Her absolute favorite is the salmon ikura don, and she also loves the little octopus in one of the Inari pockets. We order so often that they even know our usual takeout (D2 and S5, with the occasional Inari Gunkan), and they recognize it instantly when my husband calls in. We’ve dined in a couple of times as well, and the staff are so friendly and warm that we felt right at home.

After a long week, it’s our go-to Friday treat. It’s always a joy to bring their sushi home, and it feels like a little bit of love is packed into every box.“

“Kenji Sushi in King City is an absolute gem. The quality and care they put into every dish truly sets them apart.

The hand rolls are exceptional: Fresh, generous, and perfectly balanced. The torched oshi sushi was especially memorable: rich and, flavourful, and executed well. We were also pleasantly surprised that their party trays include oshi sushi, which was a refreshing and welcome change from the typical selections you see elsewhere.

“This review deserves to a be a lot higher. The low reviews confuse me, maybe there are quality issues in off or later hours but this lunch is delicious. Fresh veggies, lots of protein and smothered in their awesome sauce just how I remember it. Is it a little pricier? Sure compared to like McDonalds, but the food makes you feel good and fills you up in the right way. I get the Hot and Spicy chicken with extra chicken. I have convinced my boss recently to take our entire team here and everyone has had a pleasant experience.

Just keep in mind, the ordering is a fairly quick process so know what you want, your protein, sauces and add ons. I always double the protein.

Things can get a little expensive, again compared to what. It is all expensive and this is cheap for the big bowl you get. Lunch has a busy in and out crowd which seems to be consistent. Pumps with work life and energy during the week. Overall a solid 5.

I miss the teriyaki of old. they all seem to be one-off restos with a disjointed corporate franchise focus. They are EXTREMELY inconsistent location by location. (the corporation I mean.)“

“Got something for kids. Good sushi. A little bit exhausted customer service but I guess that's okay. May be they were tired due to rush hour. There should be an option to get a 50% of a platter at 50% price. Not every family can eat 146pcs.“

The first time I was here with my boyfriend two of our rolls hadn't came out (it was a bit busy), but when we mentioned it they were out to our table within 5 minutes. “I ordered Vegi Poke Bowl, it was absolutely delicious and healthy. I would say it’s the most healthy meal I have had compared to other restaurant food.

The team members are amazing folks, they actually care about their customers and asked any dietary restrictions. As it stated vegi bowl but the spicy mayo comes with egg, so the lady who took my order asked them to remove the mayo from it. Hats off 👏

And the ingredients were all fresh. This is the best cooked tofu I have ever had. One little suggestion from my side is please don’t put extra salt on top of it. Otherwise it’s perfect 👌 💯
