“Great little cafe right at the heart of Younge. The service was very friendly and attentive with smiles and great pwrsonality. I ordered the Osmanthus Latte and it was fantastic. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Perfect balance of milk too. Would love to try their other drinks. Will come again.“

“Amazing flavor. There are not many Bingsu spots in Toronto, but I would say this location creates the perfect blend. Price is slightly high. I would reduce it by 2 dollars to make customers feel more welcome. The tip system is a little pressuring on top of a heavy price. “Was there for a Sunday brunch with friends. Food is awesome and coffee is good. The workers were very nice but I felt that they were short staffed because it took very long for them to greet us and bring us water. It was over 10min before a waitress was able to take our order. The food was also slow to show up and they may have missed a couple things from the order as it didnt come out until we asked for it after waiting a while. Everybody seemed swamped and perhaps there needs to be a designated server among them.

“Today Jan 3, 2025 was my first time here. Beautifully decorated, Clean, generous size delicious baked on the premises blueberry scones, good coffee, friendly helpful staff and owner. “I am so glad I found this cute and quiet hidden Café. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Right now I can hear Adagio by Albinoni playing in the background and see the beautiful park with the tall trees. My son loves it here for the treats like ice cream and the relaxed outdoor patio, complete with stone tables, gentle sounds of nearby fountains, and lovely garden views in every direction. It’s a peaceful and pleasant setting.

However, a few thoughtful updates could really elevate the experience. A fresh coat of paint and some fresh flowers indoors would brighten up the space. While the current menu is simple and appropriate, it could be expanded to reflect its surroundings. Think iced floral teas like orange blossom or rose black tea in the summer, and warm soups with a cozy fireplace in the winter.

There seems to be some indoor seating, and enhancing this space with floral wallpaper or hand-painted botanical art would tie it beautifully to the garden theme. The café doesn’t need to be fancy. Just more intentional in design and offerings. Given its partial location along the Bridle Path and the steady foot traffic through the gardens, it has great potential to become a serene, seasonal retreat.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.
