My side of veggies had what looked to be rotten cauliflower in it and the lettuce in both our side salads were turning a little orange.“

“I went for an early dinner tonight. As usual, the service was excellent, the quality food was also excellent. The atmosphere is always great with sports on the TV’s and the staff all very friendly. Ali, my waitress was great and always smiling. I was there last Saturday with 18 other people and had Ali also. “Turtle Jacks is our local go to. I've always enjoyed the food there with year's of never an issue. However, last night was our first experience that will definitely play a roll on determining if we’ll go again. New waitress to the facility (little to no personality) messed orders and side shrimp (no scallops). Should have had sundried tomato and cream sauce which was forgotten. I can wait on my order to get corrected....things happen. It was the personality or lack there of that did it for me.“

“Harvey’s food is consistently tasty, and when I’m indulging in fast food, it’s definitely one of my top choices. The flavor and quality of the food stand out. However, the atmosphere at this specific location could use improvement. The ambiance is quite dull with low lighting, and the cleanliness doesn’t meet the highest standards. While I’m there primarily for the food, a better atmosphere would enhance the overall experience. I hope they address these aspects to match the quality of their menu.“

“Great place for food and fun“

“ESM's has always been reliable to food quality and quantity for years and it rarely disappoints. You can't go wrong with the unlimited salads/soups and breads. One comment that has changed not only at ESM's, but with most franchised restaurants, is the quality of the service, which is probably more or a training issue, as there was a ton of staff at the restaurant, but the service and attention was somewhat slow, especially after we were seated and had to get someone's attention to start serving our table. Despite the large amount of staff, it seemed that the server appeared to be somewhat overwhelmed with this assigned section, due to a larger party seated near us. A 2nd server would have aided him immensely. Another issue, is the level of noise, which is to be expected, at a venue such as this. Definitely not a spot, for quiet dining, which we didn't expect regardless. Overall a good experience and will for the food options..Just some minor improvements can be made on the service side of the location and dividing up the sections to aid with the possible overwhelmed staff members.“
