“It’s one of the busiest one in Oakville. I always enjoy my visits to Tim Hortons! Their coffee is consistently good and never disappoints. Whether it’s a classic double-double or one of their seasonal specials, it’s always fresh and brewed just right. The service is usually fast, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere can vary depending on the location, but overall it’s a comfortable spot to grab a coffee. I had the pleasure of being served by Renu during my recent visit to Tim Hortons, Not only did she make sure my coffee was just the way I like it, but she also took the time to engage with me, making the whole experience feel personal and pleasant. “I often stop by the Tim Hortons at 1289 Marlborough and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and they handle the busy times really well. My orders are made quickly and always come out fresh — especially the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy. She was amazing and I really appreciated her “can do” attitude. Not a lot of people these days who provide customer service care but she did and I am most grateful to her.

I also want to recognize the morning shift manager Karen who not only has the same name as I do but she was very helpful when I came to pick up my order. She is super nice and was very patient with me when I was looking for my order on the mobile app.

“Bought a coffee and two muffins. Both were good. I had to wait for like 10 to 15 minutes even when I was the only one in the line. I wish they had more staff and a lot more baked goods options to choose from. Maybe it's because it's 4.30 AM. Overall, it was good. (Update: Turns out they do have baked goods around 6.30 AM and plenty of staff at that time.)“

“I bought 4 coffees yesterday and when I got to work I dropped!completely my fault
I went back and want to buy 4 more clerk at the window was the same person and asked why I came back in matter of minutes and buying the exact same thing (4 coffees)
I explained I dipped them
I didn’t know she went to her manager and brought her , she asked me about it and I told her it was my fault and nothing to do with her store service,she decided to give them to me at no charge

“I stop here every morning. The service is always fast and I am greeted by smiling and very pleasant, efficient servers. My drink is always hot and fresh, with a great taste. The store and parking areas are kept clean and I often see the gentleman regularly picking up trash in the mornings. I have been to other Timmies but this is the best one around. Congratulations to this Timmies!!

“I always love coming to this Tim Hortons! The staff are super friendly, quick, and they always get my order right, even when it’s busy. The coffee is always fresh and hot, and the donuts/timbits are consistently delicious. The drive-thru is fast and convenient, and the inside is always clean and welcoming. It’s become my go-to stop in the morning and honestly makes my day start off right. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere—highly recommend!“

“Never had a bad experience here.Choices are limited as it is inside The Real Canadian Superstore. No drive-through or table seats, only 3-4 bar stool kind of seating.Staff has been helpful and friendly , even though they get shouted at by different customers for various things. People just need to give service personnel a break. Don't take your frustrations out on them.It has its own entrance and exit door, but if you are with the shopping carts, you have to exit from the main store exit.

“The best thing I can say is this location has a pleasant staff. No bad experiences there and I have to single out a morning employee named Simran, she's incredibly friendly, welcoming and just has a genuine warmth to her.

“Came to this Tim Hortons on the long weekend Monday, when most other cafe's were closed. Saw a huge lineup at the front and honestly got a bit annoyed at first seeing how long the wait was , both to order and to pick up. But then I noticed there were only two people running the entire store.
One girl was handling all the front orders, making food, drinks, and even helping out at the drive-thru. The guy was doing drive-thru window, drinks, and keeping up with that line. I was actually shocked. It didn’t seem fair that just two people had to manage such a busy shift on a holiday.
Still, both of them were doing their absolute best to keep up and not disappoint anyone. The girl who took my order was super kind and calm, even with all the chaos. I gave her a $10 tip to keep for herself, and she didn’t even want to take it at first, eventually she kept it aside, probably to share with her coworker.
Honestly, massive respect to both of them. These young hardworking people especially immigrants like them deserve way more support from management. If you’re going to keep the store open on a holiday, at least staff it properly. Appreciate their effort big time.

“A nice place near Dundas and Thirds line intersection where I buy and enjoy a coffee. I can purchase some vegan sandwiches, vegan food and vegetarian snacks. Good location for drive through.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Sandwich and Vegetarian Sushi both are good. Everything Bagel is another food I enjoy.“
