“Had great experience at this place.
Best Swiss Chalet restaurant in Kitchener/Waterloo by far!
So clean with good vibe and atmosphere!
Food was great,
The chicken is tender and flavourful, the Chalet Sauce is amazing, fries fresh!
Staff were amazing constantly checking up on us making sure we were good and had refills.
I will definitely be coming back for lunch and dinner!

“I was at Swiss Chalet today and I have to say had an excellent experience! Greeted by Heather and sat down by heather and served by heather. That being said, clearly understaffed restaurant. She did her best everything was perfect! Kitchen was fast and very great food! But it was the service that made my day, after sitting at Montanas for 25 to 30 minutes without getting a drink. With several staff restaurant half capacity. Seeing other guests getting served and arriving after myself. Made me felt racially profiled at montanas! I left and cried in my car. Happy didn’t go home and I went to Swiss Chalet and met heather she did so much for everyone! Working alone! Please she needs a raise and helped not fare for her to do it all. Once again heather than you!“

Kid-friendliness: The staff is so kind and friendly. They have the best service in all Kitchener Waterloo. I will literally refuse to go to any other Harvey’s. They are not stingy, like at other Harvey’s restaurants. They always have a smile on their faces. All my 4 kids love this location. It’s always a great experience!

“This was a great night out. Amy was a great server for this place. She definitely understands hospitality in a work place. So many flavours of wings, but they also make your whole experience worth wild! I highly recommend coming and trying it out!“

“I highly recommend this harveys restaurant! From the moment you walk in, the staff treat you with incredible hospitality, making every dining experience enjoyable. The food is always delicious with superb quality and generous portions, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The owners/staff are super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean.“

“Everything was great. Would have been perfect if the boneless chicken wings didn't have a little bit of a burnt taste to them. The boneless chicken wings were truly boneless, cooked, breaded, and were dipped in honey garlic sauce. If you are a picky eater, I recommend being careful about ordering the boneless chicken wings.“
