“Whenever I visit this Tim Hortons, I always see Mila and Tracie working together on the food station. They make such an amazing team and always seem to know exactly what the other person is doing. They’re friendly, efficient, and keep everything running smoothly, even when it’s busy. They always have smiles on their faces and make the restaurant feel so welcoming.
I also happened to see them together at the bank today and they honestly have such a great dynamic that they could pass for a mother and daughter 😉.
Tim Hortons is lucky to have Mila and Tracie. They both provide outstanding customer service, and their teamwork never goes unnoticed. Definitely a five-star experience every time!“

“I came into Tim Hortons today at about 4:15pm. I was greeted with an amazing young woman whose name (hilariously) was “Goat Sauce”. She was friendly and gave me service with a smile. More of the employees should take note of how just her smile made my day. Thank you again for great service Goat Sauce!“

“Went I today and tried the Smores Frappuccino based on the baristas recommendation. I forgot to ask for lactose free milk and she was super friendly and corrected it before it was made. The staff was amazing I forgot her name but thank you for making my day!“

“A separate store next to the gas station. This is a take-out location with a drive thru and no seating. Got their iced latte for $3. Quality of drink was good. I also asked if I could get a cup of water as I was really thirsty. The staff gave me a large cup with ice and water. Thank you!“

2 quiet patrons inside

Hanging out in the parking lot was regular Welland riff raff, talking out loud about what they were going to do “when my cheque comes, I’ll pay ya back”

(No stereotypes were harmed in the making of this review)

but otherwise not menacing at all. Same as any other Timmies this side of town (for example Lincoln plaza)

Trying to boycott Tim Horton’s
due to their hiring practices and escalating prices - glad to have discovered a local alternative, before Dunkin Donuts chain comes back to Canada

Coffee was good, donuts too (I did get day olds), pleasant surprise!

Will keep an eye out for when they use TGTG again for a return visit“
