“Nothing against this place, I am from the city and service tends to be faster. It more seemed as if the place was understaffed versus the workers being slow as they were working quickly and were very friendly. Would still recommend coming for your tea and coffee as the location was very clean.“

“Sunday September 1st my spouse and friend decided to have a nice coffee to catch up outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. However, Tim Hortons clearly hires inconsiderate contractors that were pressure spraying the patio, doors and windows around us forcing us to leave. I wasnt there for a shower. Had he have just asked us to move so he could finish the job, I would understand. Maybe he needs better customer service skills :(“

“I only have 1 stars for food because I tried the MCveggie. As a vegetarian I'm so disappointed. It was not good. It looked good but had NO flavor. Actually it did, it tasted like deep fryer grease. Won't buy it again. The fries as usual were good.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Almost everyday, ok who am I kidding, everyday I come in, usually very early, and it’s always a bright spot in my morning. The staff are extremely friendly, many remember my order and have it ready before I get to the counter. I am always greeted with a smile, and a hello Adam. I genuinely look forward to this interaction in my day and leave feeling appreciated and valued as a customer! Keep up the amazing work!“

“I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“

“Frankly an incredible place to come and get food from. They serve cafe style food along with a variety of different baked goodies and other quick eats (I recommend the poutine). The owners of the restaurant have shown great resilience and kindness when serving and attending customers such as myself. The food is amazing and I would 100% come back here to eat here again for the great service and the food. It does not deserve the low reviews that people here are giving. It definitely is a place to come try out when you visit Welland!“

Only one person behind the line and we waited 5 minutes infront of the counter.. none of the staff acknowledged us untill I asked if anyone is taking orders in the front.. I was told with an attitude that someone will be with me if I can have patience!

“Fabulous team at this location they know us and what we order always super friendly and quick! Only thing I’d like to suggest is a sitting time limit I’m seeing more homeless inside and they do make restaurant smell I feel bad for the workers as it’s a lot to deal with“

“My daughter placed an order through the app and our first dasher kept bumping his time out from 10 mins until delivered to over 30 mins until delivery, showing his location in Pelham. After attempting, to contact driver who wasn’t answering phone or had voice mail, I went to Tim’s myself and picked up the order.Shift manager and staff were excellent in making sure the order was still okay and prepared to remake anything that wasn’t. I’m thankful she gave me the order, as when I left the dasher’s time of delivery had yet been bumped out again to another 15 minutes until delivery.“
