Every morning, my girlfriend and I visit the Tim Hortons drive-through, and it has become one of the highlights of our day. A big reason for that is Jessica.

Jessica is always extremely pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. No matter how busy things may be, she consistently greets customers with a positive attitude and a smile. Her kindness and professionalism make a genuine difference in our mornings.

We have visited many drive-throughs over the years, and honestly, we have never encountered someone as consistently friendly and enjoyable to deal with as Jessica. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the positive impact she has on her customers.

“My son commented could the burgers be any thinner? He was joking. McDonald's burgers I see have gotten quite thin. The service was pretty good but I had to ask at least 3 times for a receipt because the printer in the self-service machine was backed up. Finally staff came with a key. It was a busy time right around lunchtime and the patrons were mostly teenagers. The atmosphere was lively.“
