“Always delicious and satisfying. Not too sweet. Love the choux and tarts. Tons of flavour in the tarts, and choux are so creamy and light. The tart shells could be a bit thinner, but I understand they'd get soggy to quick. Either way my mouth waters every time I drive by. They also have bubble tea now and it's very tasty.“

“My favorite gem in the neighborhood. This is really the best cafe and especially the best cafe for a nice matcha latte. They actually do it properly here and it just tastes like what you would get in Japan, not the watered down, mostly milk kind at many cafes in the city. Our only problem is we want to go everyday. Also, I want to mention the baked goods are fantastic and original and so fresh as well. We love the owners, yuka and Martin. They are so friendly.“

“I ordered a cake for my anniversary this year from the vanilla bite. It was honestly perfect. I didn’t know what I wanted so when I asked for a recommendation saying that “I wanted something light and fluffy” and Dannah came through. She recommended her Japanese sponge cake turned strawberry shortcake. It was amazing. Definitely light and fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. You could taste the flavour of the cake, icing, and strawberries in a complementary way. We will definitely buy another cake from here on our next special occasion. Delivery handoff was perfect too, super professional. Sorry no pictures though… we were too excited to eat it.“

Probably one of the best meals you can get on the Danforth strip. The food is exceptionally tasty, fresh, and served with so much love. The shish tawook, and lentil soup are so satisfying in every way.

The photos speak for themselves. Spectacular meal. To the last rice grain.

Ordered grilled chicken meal ( asked for more salad than rice) and a cheese manakish. Both were perfect. I can’t wait to eat here again.“

“Picked up some donuts before heading to my parent’s house because my mom mentioned wanting an apple fritter. I’ve passed by Fab’s and never really went in because I’m a big donut person myself, but these were delicious. I ended up getting the apple fritter, banana fritter, pistachio, and eclair. I think my favourite was the eclair, followed by the banana fitter. The fritters warmed up were such a delight!! I’d definitely come back.“

“I drove from North York today to pick up a chocolate cake for my birthday and it was well worth the drive! The cake was moist, had a chocolate pudding-like fudge icing and it wasn’t too sweet. It was my first time there so I picked up a few other things I had seen good reviews about…lemon bichon - great, crunchy, flaky exterior with a lovely lemon curd inside. Chocolate chip cookie was also tasty, I will have to give it a solid tasting tomorrow as I don’t have enough room left in my tummy today! Lastly the sausage roll, my husband said it was the best one he’s had since we visited England a few years ago!

Overall very sweet, and it may be a personal preference, but for me both the cake and frosting needed a little salt to balance the sweetness. I would definitely order again!“

“We have enjoyed Bonjour Brioche since it first opened, many, many years ago. We were thrilled that many of staff remained when ownership changed, and the food is as delicious as ever (spicy bacon sandwiches, quiche, lemon twists, flourless chocolate cake, and their latte bowls are some of our favourites…). The service (especially at their take out window) is also great. I don’t often call in my take out order, but when I do, the person who picks up the phone always remembers my order and my name.
It’s a nice place to enjoy a weekend brunch too.“
