“We arrived with a group larger than we had reserved and Sophie met us with a smile and made it work in a very busy restaurant. We had drinks and great food and a lot of laughs and truly loved the atmosphere. It’s a Pub so it’s boisterous.

“The service is excellent and waitstaff are very good and very friendly. Some of the food items though are not that great. I had the nachos one time, and wanted to order them with ground beef instead of chicken. When I got it, it was chunks of steak, not ground beef. If they had told me they didn't have ground beef I would have ordered something else. I also asked that they take out the jalapenos as I cannot eat them. It was COVERED with jalapenos and even some hidden in the cheese. I did not enjoy them and ate 1/4 of it. I should have sent it back but I already had substitutions and didn't want to be a trouble customer. At another visit I ordered the bruschetta. This is NOT bruschetta. It is on naan bread, not a traditional bun. Instead of chunks of tomatoes and onions, it was slices of tomato and a couple of slices of onion, and covered in feta cheese. That is not bruschetta, I was highly disappointed. They do have some great menu items, the goulash is outstanding as is the chicken linguine and shrimp pasta. Their onion soup is really good, the onion rings and poutine are also very good. I was just disappointed in the two dishes I had.“

“Came here for food and drinks with friends. Ordered nearly the entire dessert menu plus a margarita pizza (a wood fire style oven deserved trying). The drinks and all the desserts were great, however the pizza fell flat. The cheese was VERY thin and used sparingly which made the pizza something that can easily be missed. Would come back just for drinks and dessert.“

“My friends and I came for dinner last night and it was fantastic. We had a great seat near the open wall and the food was impeccable. We all ordered something different so we can all try one another’s food. It was all 10/10. Smoked German sausages were so delicious. They also had pretty cool cocktails and the strawberry beer was 20/10“

“Decent overall. Server wasn’t very friendly. Bathroom was super cramped, you literally open the door to someone peeing and half exposed to the hallway and without room to walk by to the sink to wash or to use a stall. Beer was good though and the patio was awesome!“

“This place surprised me with how good it was!

I ordered the veggie burger and it was quite delicious. House made patty with beans and corn, served with a yummy garlic mayo. The fries are house made too and super delicious.

The service was very friendly and the table by the window was really nice because the weather was good and the window was fully open to the outdoors

I also really enjoyed the house lager.

“Superb. Garlic allergy no problem Staff listened an adapted menu so I could eat. Amazing salad with beets, goats cheese chicken and pecans. Highly recommend. Bonus as baseball was on .“

“Great restaurant and would be a lovely atmosphere, however, on a Friday night I went for dinner and multiple groups of parents had their kids literally running around the restaurant unsupervised around open beer glasses while they sat and drank. Expecting strangers to babysit your children while they are trying to enjoy a dinner is not ideal.“

“I know they open very early for the amazing breakfast menu, but my only disappointment is that the kitchen closes too soon at night. Maybe they should announce last call for food like they do for alcohol as 1030pm seems very early when people need to absorb the drinks while enjoying the amazing LIVE local talent on Saturday nights. 10/10 for Mark, Reno & the Chefs :)“

Every staff member was attentive from the moment we stepped foot in the bar. Our glasses were never empty, we never had to wait to place orders, everyone took their job seriously but were always friendly and courteous. Plus: The food was great, and the location is a 30 secondwalk from Rosedale station. I would definitely come back and recommend others to pay a visit.“

“I cannot stress enough how much we love Pour Boy! Such a natural local chill, non pretentious, welcoming space and staff. There was 8 of us and all tables were full at all times! The food and drinks constantly showed up promptly great portions and yummy!!!), and the staff always made time for us, whether to take our orders or have a quick comical chat! Our server was Nee I believe. There was two of them, and they were just fab!!! Looking forward to another visit sometime soon!! Thank you Pour Boy team!!!“

“They don't serve food, just alcohol. They're ok with bringing food, mostly geared to UofT staff and students but they will serve anyone. I drank GSU (the pub's) lager for $5.45 CAD/pint (16oz) it's pretty good and so great in value. Check out the images.“
