“Firstly, I AM SO SORRY!!! I walked in 10 minutes before closing, because I read a review saying how they close at 12AM ...3 yrs ago. Besides that- this is my second time ordering here, their quality Nd quantity is unmatched, especially in this economy. With an added free drink with their Bacha Tray promotion, which I highly recommend getting. Thick slices of sashimi with deliciously fresh seafood. My favourite is their Salmon Lovers which comes with two hand rolls, THE SALMON is filled to the bottom of the hand roll. Its a meal perfect for a couple and I heard their bubble tea is great too!“

“Been coming here for many years, first time back after 2 years and the bbt I bought (royal #9) still had powder in it. I always shake my bbt before I drink it so it really wasn’t mixed well.

Paying $9 for powdered water is a bit too disappointing.

Had to toss it out, but I gave 4 stars cause even powdery the thing tasted delicious. They’ve got a good product, just need better mixing.“

“CoCo's teas have never been on par with the other bubble tea places but their fruit juices and smoothies are top notch.

This particular location is really convenient as a great after-meal treat. Smack dab in the middle of possibly one of the best chinese restaurant plaza's second only to First Markham Place, and really the only bubble tea option in the entire strip so they practically have a monopoly!

Only thing I would caution is this particular CoCo does not carry yakult so you won't be able to get your favorite go-to CoCo yakult drinks if you like that sort of thing.“

“Don’t Yell at Me is such a cute little spot with a fun vibe. I tried the Tiramisu Tea Latte, and it honestly felt like dessert in a cup creamy, rich, and so comforting. The Osmanthus Tea Latte was lighter and floral, really refreshing. Both drinks were beautifully presented and felt unique compared to other tea places. It’s definitely a nice place to relax and sip something different.“

I had the Grape Infusion with Black Tea which was really good! Their Guava smoothie was so good🤩

“I usually love Real Star Bubble Tea and buy the same drink every day from other locations, but this branch was disappointing. The drink was mostly water — the slush was thin, and even though I paid extra for mango, it had less mango than a regular one elsewhere. It seems the worker isn’t using the proper amount of ingredients. I don’t blame the store, but please train your staff better on portioning. People are paying for quality, not a watered-down drink. I will mark this location in my google map and will try to not come back to this location again.“

“Best bubble tea shop around! These guys are what introduced my family to bubble tea many years ago, and we’ve been coming here since I was a small child. I’m now 25. We moved out of the area 10 years ago but still try to come whenever we’re in the area. The owners are incredibly friendly and still remembered our faces today after 7 years of not making it in. We were incredibly sad to hear they are closing the shop in the coming months so make sure to drop by and show some support! Id recommend their taro bubble tea, it’s the best we’ve ever had and it will surely be missed. “Tiny location in Commercial Gate next to a row of restaurants and over +10(!) bubble tea shops, offering various types of drinks! TP tea is indeed a safe choice for quality milk tea. I took the reg size with tapioca, 50% sugar no ice; it was quick, gentle and efficient service. It's only a counter, not much to look at for ambiance, and outside is basically the parking lot and sidewalk for other shops. We walked a bit around but most ppl would probably just grab and go (drive). Expect a bit pricey bbt like most places nowdays around 8$...“

The custard comes in a young coconut and once you finish the custard there is the young coconut meat to enjoy 😌😌😌😌 I don’t know how they make it but it is heavenly! Crispy milk curd (It has been a long time since I've had a good one. This is really good! Not oily, crunchy exterior, creamy and soft texture. It didn't feel heavy after eating, it was a nice and light dessert. There was 11 of them in a box. Served with condensed milk. Would definitely recommend this!)2. Ultimate mixed fruit green tea (Fruits includes: orange, grapefruit, green apple, lemon, watermelon and strawberry). No ice, no sugar and it was sweet enough.3. “We’ve enjoyed the yogurt barks a lot more than the drinks funny enough.

This was mainly because the paper straws suck at sucking and it was really frustrating to try to get a good amount of the drink.

I got the world milk tea and I really enjoyed it. First off, the tea itself had a nice flavour. Wasn’t a strong tea flavour but still d ed cent.

The toppings in the drink complemented the milk tea itself nicely. Although the toppings did run out quickly, it was also in those 1L cups, so a lot to drink.

The price of the drink to me is very worth the money. Where else can you get a litre of milk tea with toppings fo under $10.

Service was good too. A little unenthusiastic, but no rude service or slowness. Even with the people that came after me, everything seemed normal.

“Went to the medical centre for tests and had lunch here. The food comes out fast and the ingredients are fresh. It’s super clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend. The prices are fair too which is hard to come by these days.“

“I feel like I have to go back as I feel the snacks are what’s the best part.

I ordered the early grey black diamond. The tea flavour was good, but something was amiss, that I can’t put my finger on it.

I was too full from lunch or I would’ve got one of their bubble waffles because everyone seems to be raving about it in the reviews, so will have to come back for that.

The location is kind of a weird one where it’s facing Kennedy. You can enter from the parking lot underground or if you’re on the main floor, exit from the doors facing Kennedy and go south.

Service was great. Person helping was super informative and recommended the Earl grey for a stronger tea taste.

Also need to give a shoutout to the interior with all the bear bricks

They also have tasty desserts to pair with the drinks, like creme brulee and mango pudding. Our favourite drinks were the mango smoothie and creme brulee cake milk tea. “Hereby declaring that this yogost location is most superior. I've been to all the others and this one gets the sweetness and consistency of yogurt the best. The flavour is *chef's kiss and once you've had it a couple times, you are sure to be addicted. I love getting the Rice Yogurt drink, 50/50 ice and sugar levels, if anyone needs a recommendation.

“I recently tried the Mango Diamond drink from Real Fruit, and it was fantastic! The drink was incredibly refreshing, with the perfect balance of sweetness and the natural flavor of mango. The chunks of real mango added a delightful texture, making each sip a treat. The presentation was appealing, and the drink was just the right consistency – not too thick or too watery. Overall, it’s a delicious and satisfying beverage that I will definitely be getting again. Highly recommend for mango lovers!“

“We like Coco in general and their cold drink are not bad. I rarely order hot drink but Today's experiences was not 5he best:
1) Long wait: Only 1 staff when I visited, basically a long wait (I was the first customer), and had to wait till she took all orders for two more customers to start making my drink. It's not her fault, it is the management issues.
2) Product availability: At noon on Sunday, you can't order caramel flavour because it is not available. This is a pretty common flavour in bubble tea business.
3) Product Quality: Ordered hot drink, Jasmine green milk tea (large in size), does not taste like a milk tea at all, they diluted with water to the level you don't think you are drinking a tea beverage. It's not hot drink, it is a drink with warm feeling. Today's is -7 feel like -13. The drink is not considered a hot drink at all.
4) Others: When you ask for a sleeves for the cup, I was told they ran out of sleeve for cup.
Hopefully they can work on these improvement.“

“I recently tried Tea Shop 168 at Yonge and Steeles through Too Good To Go, and I was pleasantly surprised by how worthwhile the experience was. The value you get for the price is excellent—generous portions, good variety, and fresh quality.

“I love the cute interior and the wall graphics in this place! So cute! Did a little photoshoot with my drink coz of that lol!

I tried their very popular crème brûlée milk tea with light sugar and I'll tell you to not order it with light sugar - it doesn't taste that good without the regular level of sweetness. The crème brûlée on the top was a thick layer of torched cream that went smoothly with the drink.

The staff were nice here and they have a few chairs if you want to sit and have your drink inside.

I love how they have their menu is displayed as a giant tissue roll - very creative!

Be aware they do take a little bit of time to get your drink ready.“

“Real Fruit is one of the best juice spots I’ve been to. I usually order the mango juice and it’s always fresh, tasty, and perfectly made. Every location I’ve visited is super clean and well-organized, and the customer service is always welcoming and professional. Definitely a place I recommend to everyone!“

“Makes good drinks that I tried so far, but expect a really long wait time. Anytime I come here, I usually either order 2-4 drinks and I end up always waiting 20-30 minutes in there. It's mainly one worker doing everything. I appreciate the most recent worker who notified us about their deal where if you buy 4 drinks, you get one free. The previous workers did not mention that to me at all so I missed out a couple of times. Pricey drinks though so I only come here once in a while. They also run out on the tapioca pearls often so I assume they probably cook these in the morning...I always come here around 6-7pm.“
