“It's a Tim Horton at a gas station so not much to say re atmosphere.
However, service is just wow. Trinh had my drink ready at the pickup window before I even made it from the ordering window to her at pickup. 10 seconds and my drink was ready!!! Amazing. Thank you“

“I have been to hundreds of Tim Hortons thought the York Region and Toronto area. I have experienced the worst service in all of them. This is the best Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. The line was long but went by very quickly. The customer service at the counter was exceptional, all Tim Hortons locations should go to this location and learn some true skills and better manners. The order was accurate, fresh and came out quickly. Flawless!“

“I usually go to the drive thru. In high school and college i came here to study. Donuts are addicting, chicken and salami with bacon sandwiches taste good. Creamy chocolate chill very sweet, but they should put more whip cream and make it chocolatey more“

The staff are real friendly and literally run around to get everyone's order to them. “Only this location get 5 🌟 because they get the food or breakfast right on. My bagel was toasted perfectly and the right amount of cream cheese was spread inside of my bagel. Not like the other Tim's locations. Where you are praying that 🙏 the cream cheese that you ordered will actually be inside of your bagel. There is nothing worse than paying for something you will not get.

Dunya, in particular, stands out every time I come in — she is so kind, and She makes sure orders are right, greets everyone with a smile, and treats people with genuine care. Her customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced at any Tim Hortons.“

“I usually don’t order food and I grab a coffee every morning. The one at Major Mackenzie and Jane (stand alone Tim) is the most consistent when it comes to a good cup of coffee. I’ve visited so many in the area but this was is quick at the drive thru and coffee always tastes good. The staff at the window are always so friendly“
