This time was no different as the female staff member with glasses (she was too humble and low key to provide her name) at the counter this morning was very friendly and helpful with our order and taking the time to explain the options and combos. “It's a Tim Horton at a gas station so not much to say re atmosphere.
However, service is just wow. Trinh had my drink ready at the pickup window before I even made it from the ordering window to her at pickup. 10 seconds and my drink was ready!!! Amazing. Thank you“

“Today I ordered a breakfast box combo in the morning. The store is quite busy but they still get you your order very quickly. The staff are real friendly and literally run around to get everyone's order to them. They really to go the extra mile to get everyone what they ordered, and give a friendly smile and thanks when they give it to you. This place is really great, I'll come here every day.“

“Only this location get 5 🌟 because they get the food or breakfast right on. My bagel was toasted perfectly and the right amount of cream cheese was spread inside of my bagel. Not like the other Tim's locations. Where you are praying that 🙏 the cream cheese that you ordered will actually be inside of your bagel. There is nothing worse than paying for something you will not get.

“I usually go to the drive thru. In high school and college i came here to study. Donuts are addicting, chicken and salami with bacon sandwiches taste good. Creamy chocolate chill very sweet, but they should put more whip cream and make it chocolatey more“

This is by far the cleanest location I’ve ever stepped into—from the spotless dining area to the well-organized counters, everything was incredibly well-maintained. “I usually don’t order food and I grab a coffee every morning. The one at Major Mackenzie and Jane (stand alone Tim) is the most consistent when it comes to a good cup of coffee. I’ve visited so many in the area but this was is quick at the drive thru and coffee always tastes good. The staff at the window are always so friendly“

“Great hardworking staff, very attentive to customers considering how busy it gets, could probably use more staff as it looked very intense but they work as fast as humanly possible to ensure nobody is kept waiting. I regret not getting the young gentleman's name but he in particular was an exceptional multitasker and was very hospitable despite the pressure he must have been under. I hope such efforts don’t go unnoticed, love to see great service and will be back to this Tims more often.“
