“Throughly enjoyed ourselves here. Not your typical breakfast place. We were passing through, celebrating another wedding anniversary and the waiter, Jameson, was such a breath of fresh air. Welcoming, accommodating and attentive are some of the of the attributes you should expect from him.

The ambiance, food selection and liveliness of the the restaurant was blew my expections especially because I'm not a breakfast food fan. Visit here!“

“Love this place so much, I drive here everytime i visit family. They have the most amazing selection of syrups for coffee. Also coffe and coffee things lol. The homemade food is outstanding everytime. I always get something to go whether it's a bakery item or last time a gluten free noodle dish for my mother and I, delish!!“

“I came in because I was having an issue with my espresso machine. Steve was super friendly, helped diagnose the problem, and informed me there was no need to repair. He also gave us a free coffee. I came prepared to pay for a repair and he wouldn’t take my money. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back in the future when it comes time to upgrade my grinder or machine. There was also a very nice selection of beans from local roasters which he walked us through.

“Wonderful food, fantastic interior, and great location--on Northfield, between Bridge and University. Also a community-minded business. A must-visit establishment. Dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs on leashes. (I'm not a dog person, and I didn't feel nervous for a second.)“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“Had a lunch here, they have table service and we're friendly. Can't ask for much more from mcdonalds.

One of my fries came with too little fries! Half as much as it should. I complained, and they gave me a small order of fries to make up for it. Even brought it to my table. Good service.“

“I usually don't leave a review but this place is wholesome. I was having a rough day. I was tired and exhausted because of my work. Both two guys (Forgot their name) were very friendly and cheerful. They kept me engaged while I was there. I ordered strawberry creme frap venti and the guy working at the bar made my drink perfectly and even decorated the frap which eventually lifted my mood. Service was better than the original Starbucks. I have to visit this location often to meet those two guys. Keep up the good work guys.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks to go to; the ladies I always speak to at the window are so lovely and kind and friendly. It makes me feel special as a customer, and not like I’m just a number. I’ve also never had problems with my order here which is nice. If you’re gonna hit a KW area Starbucks, this is the one to go to!“

“Generous with the free samples-- they bring the tray around way more than any other location. There are lots of tables and two chair areas for intimate conversations. The large middle table has a capacity for eight and has power outlets. Internet speed is on the low side, 9 Mbps. The large space echos and there is music playing, so it's not great for a zoom call, but the constant indistinct chatter and cafe sounds are great to help focused work.

“I don’t know if it’s just this location but the tea tastes so watered down. It tasted like a teabag was soaked in water instead of milk. I also ordered a cheese tart which was warmed up but still served half-cold. The bathrooms had no paper towel. Wouldn’t come back here. Go to nowtea if you can.

EDIT: I want to edit this review because I had chosen “fresh milk” which the employee let me know is not the regular milk and is more watery. She remade my drink with the normal milk and gave me another tart heated all the way through. Everything was great the second time. I’m really surprised they saw my review while I was in there Haha, most places are not usually so attentive. The workers name who helped me started with a J (Im not sure how to spell it) and I really appreciate her help. Bottom line: If anything ever is not right, just let them know and I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to remedy it for you. Thank you for the great service (:“

“Loved the workers! I had went in to grab lunch and as I was waiting for my food, I asked Barb if code for the survey to get a $1 drink was on the receipt? And she let me know nicely that it was on random receipts and she was sweet about it. And as I got my food and was leaving she caught up to me outside and gave me some receipts she had and that were already done. And she just gave them to me and we really kind, she went out of her way to do something that she didn’t have to and while she was probably busy as well. So overall I just loved the interaction with the employee there and that just made me want to go to that location every single time, she made it seem like home like a community and I just loved that.“

“Ordered a pumpkin Frappuccino and they made up the total wrong drink, I have tried to call them and nothing from them the line is constantly busy shows that this location needs to be properly trained for customer service and learn to read the orders the right way.“
