Anyways, after i spoke with Tony for an advise on how i want the espresso to taste. He was spot on. I swear, i promise you. Espresso Bar Coffee beans, for my taste, is the best!!! Love it i gave up on getting Pascucci Caffe from Italy!!!! And the service is top notch. they went the extra mile to ship 6 kg overnight for free. well, they take care of their customers!!!!!“

Bought a La Pavoni Europiccola in November of 2025 from here. Came in no time and the price was very reasonable.

The machine sprung a leak - likely due to residual water in the machine during shipping that sprung a leak due to the cold. I brought it in to be fixed, and the issue was diagnosed and repaired in short order. After the replacement of the sightglass tube and its two associated gaskets, the machine works as good as new. Service was quick and thorough, and the replacement parts and labor were covered under the warranty without issue.
