“My daughter said she was wanting to try this place after we had finished with our dental appointments across the street (Dr. S. Razi, I gladly come down here from Woodbridge for her.) We came in and appreciated the cozy decor. We weren't 100% sure what to expect on the menu with Smoothie as part of the name, but of course they offer plenty of fruit based dairy smoothies, with or without yogourt, and bubble tea beverages. They also have a section of Sherbet drinks, with a wide variety of flavours. My daughter opted for a peach tea and I went with a cappuccino sherbet. The staff answered all our questions and explained the differences in ingredients between the options. Not sure if I imagined it but the attitude seemed to change when it came to payment. I was glad to see that the machine did not assume I want to leave a tip for a takeaway order, and it asks if you want an email, paper, or no receipt. I wanted a printed receipt and she somehow seemed disappointed? It's not cheap and I don't come down often but I enjoyed the beverage itself so I'd probably return. The coffee was great (freshly ground) but I'd ask for less sugar (there are just default options on the menu, you're not asked to specify when you order.) (Daughter didn't drink hers till after I dropped her off so can't speak to her opinion of her peach tea.)“

“This is top tier fast food. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. On the pricier side for fast food but it’s generally healthy and they give generous portions. They have a great loyalty program as well!“

Drinks are great and vibes are amazing.They have an array of eclectic seating but none are quite large enough to comfortably host a group larger than 3-4 people. The seats will almost certainly be bad for your posture after a while as well. This place fluctuates between being pretty empty and aggressively busy where folks are standing around outside too. Really a roll of the dice on whether there’s space for you to sit.Ordering drinks is pretty quick though, both in person and via app!The drinks are actually all amazing! No matter how busy and tired they’re, no matter what time of the day you go they always always deliver an EXCEPTIONAL customer service. “I went here a couple weeks ago because I was craving a bubbletea. While my bubbletea craving is still at large, I enjoyed my experience here. Walked in and it was instantly warm inside. Contrary to the weather outside. The young worker behind the counter greeted me with a smile, in spite of their preoccupation in making drinks. I asked her questions to help me narrow down my choice. I settled on a creamy mango with boba. With less ice and less sweetness. It was refreshing and satisfying, next time I will ask for 80% sugar because going down to 50% was too much of a drop. The place is pretty modern inside with an exposed brick interface, it kind of gave me the impression of being on a street in Taiwan. Outside they have this cute street post sign on the side of their building. All in all, service 10 outta 10, ambiance 10 outta 10 (although when I went the only other customer had left, so knowing how loud it gets, I was not able to decipher and that may impact this rating.) And drink... ah 7 outta 10. This is because it came out to be expensive for the size . Will try again.“

“I came in after a workout because I was craving some salmon and I have to say, that was one of the most peaceful meals I've ever had. The calm ambiance, music and adorable decor really enhanced my dining experience. When I walked up to order I was greeted with one of the nicest smiles ever, that made me feel very welcome. He was very kind throughout my stay. The food was awesome too, really satisfied the appetite and somehow, the bowl contained the juiciest Mandarin I've ever had! I don't know where they source their fruit but that piece of the bowl was mindblowing to me. Salmon was really fresh and good quality too as well the other ingredients. They have a great selection of drinks and toppings that you can customize to your heart's content. The price is also so worth it, even for non-AYCE drinks. Bright lime green window signs advertise specials of the day, including Today's Special - Large Bubble Tea ~ $5.59. Add Hot Dog or Egg Waffle to a Large Bubble Tea ~ $8.99. I ordered the King Crab boil with extras and initially the order was cancelled but they called me IMMEDIATELY to advise they had only one king crab left but would substitute it with snow crabs. It had a scrumptious citrus flavour and lots of fruits inside the drink. We added tapioca to the beverages and were really happy with the outcome. The restaurant serves takeout orders in a really cute branded bag and the drinks were just as good. We ordered them without ice and were happy with the quantity. Fruits included in the beverage were strawberries, watermelon, orange, and lime. Stepping out of my comfort zone, I ordered a dessert drink called the SMASHED AVOCADO which contains 8 oz of fresh avocado, boba, rainbow & coffee jellies, and is sweetened with condensed milk. The sweetness level was perfect. The dessert itself was super creamy and thick thanks to the smashed avocados. Lastly, the toppings allowed for a fun chew. This was perfect.2. You can never go wrong with a TRADITIONAL ICED Vietnamese coffee! To make it even better, I added coffee jellies for a fun chew. Bambi's version has that classic strong coffee flavor with a good amount of sweetness from the condensed milk to balance, leaving no bitter aftertaste. I am intrigued to try this at a 75% sugar level though to see if I'd like it more.Service was very friendly and the employee was very helpful as well. Thought I chose to do takeout, they also have quite a bit of space for dine in, making it a good hangout spot.I highly recommend this spot for a treat!“
