“We figured this was a must go to cider taproom for the Portland area. We’ve seen their ciders in liquor stores all over the country and by the name I would assume it’s the flagship of the city. The taproom did not disappoint. They had a large selection of their own ciders and a few guests cider and beers as well as a couple cider cocktails. We got a flight and tried a couple of their cider cocktails, all of which were delicious. My girlfriend got a seasonal pumpkin chai spice cocktail that came with a souvenir glass, which was awesome since we love collecting glasses from our favorite taprooms. We got the pretzel and cider cheese, which was delicious. It was our second favorite “beer” cheese (behind 19 Acres’s cider cheese). The service was a bit iffy though, there were 3 employees. One of which did a good job all around interacting with guests and serving good drinks, one was a guy that seemed to be in training so was a bit timid to go out on his own, and one was a larger female that was absolutely terrible. She would greet and setup every single table, then never come back. We watched as every single group waited 10+ minutes for her to come back, but she never did. She spent the entire time talking to two regulars at the bar and giving them what seemed like a dozen free tasters. Overall though, this is an awesome place that I’ll definitely go back to… I just hope that bartender isn’t there.“

I’ve been coming to Portland my entire life but most recently in a professional capacity since August of 2025, these guys and gals have alway gone above and beyond my expectations no matter the amount of bodies in the establishment. If you are every in the area do yourself a favor stop by eat, drink, and be merry.“

The lady who owns the place and always seems to take care of us and is always very friendly. As for the beers and ciders they are the best we’ve had. Loved the ciders before they filtered them but still taste just as good but without the “look”.😉 A true gem that you must try next time you are in the quaint little town of West Linn. “Best Taco Tuesday deal in the Portland area. The Pork tacos are out of this world good! The rotating, home made salsa is a great idea. Way better than out of the jar salsa served at other places.
Also love the beer varieties. There are multiple dark beers and IPA's on tap along with red, lager, cider, and others.

“This place has a decent vibe from the past when things were simpler. Nice leather booths, dark interior, jazz/soul playlist and general feel.
Beer is mid. I tried Fracture's Pale and west coast IPA: nothing to write home about, nothing to complain about. Very west coast flavor that neither pushes boundaries or offends.
4 star Portland establishment.“

“Love this place! Jen and the whole crew are so friendly, welcoming and just overall kind people. The food was fantastic, from the burgers to salads to the pretzel and pizza and chicken tenders on the kids menu, everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. We tried the beer sampler- it did not disappoint- huge variety, loved the hazy. Even the cab was amazing, which is not usually the case when you visit a brewery. We will def be back - this place ROCKS!!!“

“Great local taproom. They play great music on a double record player, and great live music on the weekends. The cider in particular is very good. The food is hot or miss, the pizza is great if a little pricey, the apps and sandwiches are getting better.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessed by wheelchair that I could see. At least one or 2 steps at every entrance.“

Hubby had the Kolsch. Good stuff. Then a pale ale.

“Super cool Movie Theater! There is a ton of seating, even upstairs like in a theater. The building itself is really cool and also has a bar next door that is super fun. For the movie, you can buy actual food and drinks and some of the seats in the theater have tables, so you can eat and watch comfortably. The staff is really friendly and we had a lot of fun coming here!“

It was easy to follow the things that he said and we were able to sample the Sumatra and Kenya blends. I Love That Mcmenamins makes the extra effort to make sure they are working with fair trade brands and no chemicals. Its so cool to learn about the ends and outs of roasting the beans and the formulas they have to follow. I had no idea all that went into making an awesome cup of coffee.“

“We had the most incredible time on Friday. It was pouring and we sat at the bar and on their covered patio. The beer was incredible, cocktails out of this world, and the best cider. “This is our local pub and the default place to grab drinks and dinner after a long week. There's always a great selection of local beers on draft, and the seasonal cocktails are a favorite. I often order the Blue Bayou salad, the Portland dip sandwich, or the Captain Neon burger, always with tots. Sadly the Scooby Snacks are no longer available here, so we'll occasionally travel to McMenamins locations further afield for those.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. If I have one criticism, it's that they often seem understaffed here, with one server to wait all the tables and tend bar. But ultimately it doesn't matter, I'll be going here until I die.“

“The poutine was just OK. They need to add pocked 9 ions and pickled jalapenos as standard and allow you to take them off if you don't like them. Also, the best poutine I have had has braised beef or pulled pork or some sort of meat to balance all the flavors.
