Outside seating is dog-friendly and has plenty of shade in the summer. We enjoy trivia nights, live music, and open cribbage nights. The service is always fast and personable. Awesome spot!“

“Service was great, a bunch of nice old people. Went for trivia night and the vibe was awesome. The questions were generally directed towards an older generation than mine. Gen X/Boomer. (Still killed the questions though) I ate two tots baskets so that about covers it.“

Victor 23 Brewing Brewpubs • $
2905 St Johns Blvd #3718, Vancouver

“The beer here is solid, although it’s usually a fairly predictable line up, not a ton of specials or trendy collabs like you might find at some of the bigger breweries. The DB Cooper theme is unique though and helps make up for what is otherwise a small neighborhood spot. When the weather is nice they do have a great patio to enjoy. While pizza and beer is not the most original combo (Vancouver may have maxed out its capacity in that regard), Victor 23 has a wining partnership here with Rally, which makes some of the best pizza in the area. Overall a great spot to enjoy a pint and share some pizza with friends.“

“Good throw-back vibe! Pinball, good beer lineup, plenty o big screens, open indoor space in a brewery. Added bonus of smoked meat aroma wafting in from Smokin Oak as neighbor. Erin took care of us well. Ty!Kid-friendliness: Kids were there @ 5 - 6 pm“

A Little Vice Brewpubs • $
701 Main St, Vancouver

“This teeny tiny little tap room in Downtown Vancouver is not to be overlooked. I'm a child of the 80s and 90s, so their kitschy esthetic hits different for me. The floppy disc coasters, the thoughtful pop culture references in the beer names, and the friendly staff are what makes me cross the river into Washington on occasion.“

“Met by a friendly and helpful bartender. We came in while waiting for our dinner reservations nearby. She helped me pick a yummy cider and stout for the hubs. They have a patio outside that I will returning to try during warmer months. Low key vibe that was very welcoming. Will return.“

“Best Ruben I've ever had. I wish I had gotten the full size. Next time I'll ask for extra kraut. The tacos were unfortunately very bland. Missing spice and heat. The meat was cooked properly and the size was right. A little wet though for 1 tortilla. I had iced tea and I wish it was 5 times stronger and that I had been offered a refill. QR ordering from table. Not my favorite because I have a lot of food restrictions, and I don't understand the lack of customer interaction. I'm a bartender so I get it though. It's convenient. That being said, for me it's hard to give the customary 25% tip because, well... for what exactly? I tipped 20% and for the experience that was a lot. The bartender was not too chatty but nice enough. I would have liked 1 check it to see how the food was. Atmosphere was very chill on a weekday afternoon which is exciting for me. There were 6 or 7 mid age men. I was the only female, besides the one in the kitchen. She has a beautiful blue tiled wood fired pizza oven. That's pretty cool. There are Tv's with sports and various other things. I saw a huge projector screen on one wall. I'm looking forward to a nice chill weekday spot to play games. They have a pool table, corn hole, shuffleboard, hoops and board games. All indoors! They have trivia on Thursdays. I didn't see any signage about who puts it on so maybe self ran? It's got a bit of a pole barn feel inside but not cheap. There are regular dining tables and a lot of tall tables. I opted for the regular ones because I have short legs and they fall asleep. They only have tall tables near the games. The high ceilings were helpful in creating an open space. It's bright inside and they have outdoor seating. It's a parking lot so don't expect a view. The bathroom was my least favorite part and from the looks of the plastic sheeting for walls, it may be... I hope it is, under construction. They close relatively early so I don't imagine it gets too rowdy. I'm looking forward to going back.“

“Three of us went for lunch on a Saturday at about 1 pm. We had an appetizer of Cajun Tots which were a lot of tots! They could have been seasoned a bit more but they were good. Mains were the JR Deluxe burger approx. $20, Blue Cheese Burger approx. $20 (not sure if that's what it's called) & Lunchbox special: Toasted Albacore Tuna 1/2 sandwich w/ clam chowder & salad $12.The food was good and the service was outstanding! There was a bit of a wait for the food but not bad for a busy Saturday Lunch.I really can't wait till it gets warmer and sit outside overlooking the Columbia River!Nice atmosphere although I really felt like the tables & booths were really crammed together. Made it hard for people to walk around including servers. With the addition of 2 beers & 1 coffee total bill was approx. $93.“

“I appreciate the variety in the beer styles available, along with some wines and ciders. My three favorites would be the blonde coffee stout (Ethiopian coffee), the blueberry basil sour (hubris) and triple berry crunch (with peanut butter). Just wow. There are also lagers, pilsner, dark stouts and IPAs. Food menu is large and very good. I enjoy the beyond burger, herb fries with bleu cheese fondue and ketchup, or the spring rolls when I visit. Food menu is the same as the Salmon Creek location. Street parking is available around the brewery and surrounding streets. I find parking mostly by Tap Union and walk a block to get there. Enjoy.“
