“How can you beat $5 tacos and $5 tequila shots? The food was fantastic and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, high-quality fish and chicken and skirt steak. I have never had Spanish rice that is so delicious. And the tequila and mezcal shots were fun...such an interesting variety of flavors. “A family owned & operated establishment. We ordered Thai Yellow Curry, Orange Chicken, Lemongrass Chili Chicken, and Pineapple Fried Rice. We loved everything except the Pineapple Fried Rice. It was heavily oiled, lacking the sweetness, flavor & depth we had experienced from eating the other dishes. However, the food & service are good enough for us to certainly visit again.“

“We are regulars and actually drive out from Tigard because the food and service is so amazing. It can get a little busy on the weekends, but even then with a reservation (which you can make online or using Open Table) they get us right in and the service is still very good. The general manager can always be seen on the floor both observing and helping out with bringing meals and drinks to tables if needed.

The menu has so many options it is hard not find something for everyone. They also have a separate section for larger parties that is separate from the main dining room so the large party can have their own space.

The last time we were there the staff overheard us talking about a promotion my wife just received at work and brought out a small desert and card signed by the staff to celebrate. This was on a very busy night for them so it was quite impressive that even with everything going on at the time they took the effort to make the meal that much more special.“

“We have been going to PF Chang’s for at least 30 years and this visit to the Hillsboro location was by far the best experience we have ever had. Abel was an amazing person and server, by the time we left we felt like we have known him forever. The new manager has definitely taken steps towards perfection! “i’ve been to a ton of thai restaurants from the bottom of california to the top of oregon, i’ve been very fond of quite a few. that being said, this particular place is top quality food. absolutely fresh and full of flavor. great service, amazingly friendly staff, overall outstanding.

BUT i will include that their level 5 of spicy is nothing to mess with unless you’re a full on pepper head. i can handle many variations of thai level spice due to asking for max at each restaurant ive been to. this level 5 they have is quite extraordinary, please be prepared to cry through the meal. that’s not to say it wasn’t good by any means, i just personally had a very rough time powering through. well done. i applaud that.

SIDE NOTE TO THE STAFF: i would inform any customer who does want level 5 to give them a fair warning that you use the freshest thai chilis with some liquid capsaicin before hand. my recommendation for others who like spice, go with a 2, or 3 if you like spice but not wanting to cry throughout the meal. AMAZING food to say the least. will absolutely return. best i’ve found in oregon so far.“

“A Delightful Experience at Takumi Sushi & Sake Bar

We had a wonderful dining experience at Takumi in Hillsboro, Oregon. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The parking was easy, and the atmosphere around the area is lovely, perfect for a relaxing meal out.

We ordered the Bento Box and the Flaming Jack Roll, which truly lived up to its name! The roll was brought to our table still flaming (such a fun presentation, see photo), and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bento box was delicious and well-balanced, with a great variety of items.

As a sweet ending, we had the mango ice cream for dessert, a charming touch that made the whole experience even more memorable.

The chef himself (or someone who seemed like the chef) personally brought our food to the table, adding an extra layer of care to the service.

If you’re looking for quality sushi and a special experience, Takumi is a must-visit. Highly recommended!“

“Hey, I've been to Rushbowl twice now. The first time I had the founder's favorite smoothie and the second time I had the Strawberry Sunrise. Both of them were $8.95. You should definitely check this place out. It was so good and delicious. The customer service was really good both times I went. Next time I go, I'll try a rush bowl instead of a smoothie. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.
