“Looooved this great pizza!“

“I have been to this wonderful spot a million times but stayed in my comfort zone of the tacos. I've literally had them all, even the burrito, and burrito bowls. However, something told me that comfort and change can't sit together so I decided to try something new tonight. I tried the scrumptious pulled Jack sandwich, which came with heaping sides of Mac and cheese, and greens. I also got my 6 yr old the tamales. Before I noticed he scarfed down his tamales and was asking for a bite of mine. I was only able to try a single bite of his and man oh man I wanted another one just for myself lol... Here we both are now both stuffed to the max but of course, what a good dinner with a great dessert. We are eating the yum yum yummmaaay blackberry peach cobbler... If you ain't been here, get here, and if you have, try something different next time, I bet you'll love it better or just the same as your favorite.

To top it all off she is such a majestic being, very social( I mean we all have our days right?) and down to earth, and her love language is servitude!!!

“Got the rainy rangoons (I get these every time because they are SO good, the crunch and soft creamy insides are amazing), the Pad Thai Nachos (also really flavorful and slightly tangy), and the Coconut Mushroom Fettuccine. The Fettuccine I've also had a few times and it's pretty filling, loaded up on mushrooms, spinach, sauce, and tomatoes. Would definitely get any and all of these again. Been to Norah's Belmont location a couple times and it's in my opinion the cozier location. The food has been consistently flavorful and good every time. The service is fast and the staff are so nice. Street parking is pretty easy to come by. Great for a date spot but also for takeout!“

It was piquant and so delicious!😋 Foccacia came with a bright citrus tang and garlic and I loved it! For dessert I had the Cream Brulee and it was like the creamiest custard ever. “Going to Astera is not just going out for dinner: it is a whole different dining experience that goes beyond food and service. Don't get me wrong: the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! But to reduce a dinner at Astera to only this would not do it justice. The atmosphere is carefully crafted, from the lighting to the music, creating a space not only to eat, but to celebrate the art of cooking. “This place has amazing food! We were familiar with Loving Hut and were thrilled when we found this gem that has rebranded as Wok the Walk. The menu is just as tasty as we remember it with a unique spin on our favorites. The spicy cha cha is a definite go to and the wontons and Rangoon were delicious. The staff were also so kind. Definitely stop by for some truly yummy food with such a homey atmosphere! Thank you Walk the Wok, we hope to return!“

“I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner usually is the one who picks places because I’m bad at it and he was also incredibly impressed with me and my choice to try Urdaneta!“

“Amazing creative dishes. Palm ceviche is fabulous as are all the entrees I can’t spell and the empanadas are flaky and delicious salsas aren’t really necessary but they are also incredible. Causas were wonderful. I couldn’t like this restaurant more if I was vegan. Highly recommend Epif.“

“Fun spot that I'd like to return and try more. One nit picky criticism is that they only had plastic forks that weren't up for the job and it was basically impossible to eat. I'm fine eating with my hands but they make them loaded with toppings that it was a bit of a mess. Otherwise very good.“

“This was my first meal in Portland and it did not disappoint! I was in search of a vegan and gluten free meal and found this thru my search! Walking up to it, I was a little skeptical and going inside was even more questionable because I don’t typically expect good food from a bar but holy crap! My vegan chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun was fantastic! It was well flavored, and fresh and hot! Also gluten-free were the tator tots fried to perfection and crispy! I am so glad I did not judge this place by the outside and gave it a chance. I wish I had more time because I would have tried more items throughout my trip. Highly recommend, especially if you have food allergies or intolerances. The bartender was really friendly and helpful as well and provided great service!“

Attentive professional service. The music is moderately loud in this snug space making conversation a little challenging when the restaurant is full.“

“Excellent vegan restaurant which is a little bit of Asian and Mexican fusion. We got the Phad Thai, samosa, fries and a cold brew coffee. First of the cold brew was delicious, a bit of milk and spices added. The seasoning on the fries was excellent and the Phad Thai was cooked perfectly. Also, the tofu was soft, not too firm. I would definitely go back.“

I got the fried rice which was also really good, and had asked them to add broccoli. Most places just toss a couple pieces on top when you make this request, but Van Hanh put a ton of perfect bite sized broccoli all through my fried rice. Perfect, and much appreciated by this broccoli lover. We will definitely be back!“
