“Great wines from a local Oregon winery. Excellent prices and knowledgeable wine guy (Dan) thanks, we’ll be back“
“We had a delightful visit at Alexana. Mike did an outstanding job describing the Alexana gravity-based winemaking approach, coupled with a tour of the cellar at the beginning. We focused on Alexana’s Pinots, tasting 5 different wines. We particularly appreciated the way the wines were presented, in “pairings”, which allowed us compare and contrast the wines. We will visit again!“
“I went to Dobbes with a group of girlfriends for a friend’s bachelorette party. We had the BEST time. Not only was all of the wine delicious (and we all ended up buying a lot!) but the experience was top notch. Shout out to Kevin for being so enthusiastic, knowledgeable & punny! He truly made our day! We went to a few wineries after Dobbes & none of them measured up! I will definitely be back!“
“I did a tasting with friends and we had a wonderful time. We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday and it was not that busy despite the beautiful July day. Great wine, great views, great atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and we felt like they were truly happy to chat with us.“
“Amazing small “boutique” winery highly recommend delicious wine. David is awesome very knowledgeable and down to earth awesome view awesome wine!!!!“
“Ghost Hill Cellars is one of the best places to visit in wine country. Not only do they have stunning views both inside the venue and out (and amazing sunsets), but their wine is delicious and all of their staff & the owner (Cam) are INCREDIBLE! They are personable and make you feel like family from the moment you get on their property.
I recently held a rehearsal dinner there and they were the easiest people to work with - we got the whole venue for 3 hours, they were flexible, their communication was quick and they always answered our questions + more, and the event went seamless. I couldn't have been luckier to score this venue to host my rehearsal dinner and everyone couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was!
11/10 recommend on having an event hosted here and/or visiting for wine tasting! We are obsessed and will definitely be back. :)“
“I am visiting from Az and my son took me here, the owners have been here for a little less than a year and are simply wonderful. What a beautiful piece of the world with wonderful owners. Perfect“
“Absolutely enjoyed our visit to the delightful tasting room where we were hosted by 2 lovely gentlemen- Mark and Jorge! Mark was very calm, welcoming, knowledgeable and had a funny side that was charming! Jorge came out and dives into our shared nerdy interests in the world of wine and how we envision the future of it's legacy. Inspirational conversation and a fantastic representation of what Willamette Valley has to offer. Thank you to both of you and the rest of your team! We look forward to crossing paths again!“
“Despite my years in France—living in the Bordeaux region, roaming Burgundy and Champagne—I’m always drawn back to Potter’s Vineyard for the bold, the rich, the beautiful new French Oak, and above all, their one-of-a-kind Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Bill and Sandy are true masters of their craft.

“We had a great experience tasting some excellent wines recently at Knudsen. Our host was awesome, sharing his deep wine knowledge and enthusiasm! We were lucky enough to meet the owner, Paige, who is absolutely wonderful. If you want to sample some great wines in a relaxing and welcoming environment, Knudsen will not disappoint.“
“Stopped here on a whim and this was exactly the kind of place I was hoping to stumble upon in wine country! Small, family-owned, excellent wine from local vineyards.
David was so hospitable and informative (and funny!) and the wines were interesting and delicious. We were particularly impressed by the white and rose offerings that were far more complex than you sometimes see. The pinot noir was also lovely.
Reasonable tasting fee waived with 2 bottle purchase. Highly recommend!“
“My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and went to five wineries in the area. There is a lot of good wine in the area but our best experience was at Winter’s Hill. Matt met us with a sparkling Pinot Gris. Oregon does their sparking wines well. Winter’s Hill had great Pinot Noir and wonderful white wines too. We joined the wine club and are excited for our wine shipments. The customer service is outstanding. Visit - you will not be disappointed.“
“So far, each vineyard experience has been different. Here, we’re at Dominio IV Wines—upstairs in a tasting room all to ourselves—listening to Miles Davis and then Elton (Yellow Brick Road) on a turntable. A wonderful venue: intimate in a home setting, more expansive in the barn.“
“Beautiful setting, spectacular wines & approachable prices. Loved meeting Pinot the Black Lab, who is the inspiration for the brand & will be sure to visit again.“
“I will definitely be back“
“The Big Reds Barrel & Wine Tasting was so enjoyable and Boyd was fantastic (engaging, friendly and knowledgeable)! I learned more about wine in the hour-or-so I was there than I ever have. The wines are more to my taste (bold, flavorful and striking) and stood out amongst any of the thin, pedestrian, unremarkable and terribly similar wines from any of the other 11 vineyards I visited during the course of my trip (head and shoulders above even some of the big, elite vineyards).“
“I walked in and told Earl I was industry and he gave me an amazing tasting of most of the wines and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the wines. The Pinots are soft and fruity and the Rieslings are quintessentially German in character. Delicious and very affordable. 10/10 would come again.“
“Went to the recent event at the winery, it was great! Good wine, and the staff was marvelous as always. The food was good, enjoyed it. But it was-is not appropriate for wine tasting. I do not understand the current trend of wineries inviting mexican food carts to wine tasting events. The food style tends to mess up ones palete. Beer or soda go great with Mexican food. Or possibly a huge red, but not the refined Pinot Noir and whites of the Willamette Valley.“
“We had a wonderful experience at Domaine Roy et Fils. Meredith was attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make our tasting memorable. She took the time to consult with her manager to provide us with superb accommodations and demonstrated impressive knowledge of both the wines and the winery. Her genuine investment in our experience ultimately led us to join the membership. The food was excellent, the wines were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly special visit. Highly recommend!“
“Nice people great wine!! I highly recommend going there.“
“Beautiful evening with unique flights, stunning views, and passionate staff. It’s incredible to learn entrepreneurs' stories and how invested, they are in winemaking. We loved the Rieslings, will definitely visit again!“
“We brought in friends from out of town and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. The vineyard is stunning and the wines were expertly crafted, the genuine care and passion that goes into each bottle is evident. Highly recommend!“
“Great place, great wine, great people!“
“Great wine, fermented in their handmade amphoras.“
“Had a fantastic tasting at Patricia Green Cellars! The wines were exceptional — beautifully made and full of character. Huge shoutout to Tekla, who was incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and passionate about the wines. She made the experience both fun and educational. A must-visit in the Willamette Valley!“
“I have to say I love how Willamette Valley handles snow days. Thank you to the incredible staff at Domaine Willamette, who came together and served us perfectly with a smile. You know how to treat your owners and industry guests. Our flights, cuisine, and cozy ambiance were just exquisite.“
“My friend and I arrived minutes before closing, but the wonderful folks there graciously let us in and served an amazing charcuterie. And they let me plug in my bike battery to recharge while we enjoyed a great bottle of pinot blanc. The tasting room is welcoming and chic and the view is spectacular. Highly recommend this boutique winery.“
“The best! Such a beautiful experience! We felt incredibly blessed to stumble upon this tasting room. Jennifer was outstanding. She took time to explain the history of the winery & the family while weaving in information about biodynamic winemaking. The gardens & views are sublime as well.“
“Great wines, so so tasting room. There’s nothing special about this tasting room: small, noisy, lack of decor, gravel parking lot next to the main road. However, their wines are superb! I don’t even like ‘bold reds’ but I like these. complex and balanced. In my opinion they are worth more than their reasonable price. The staff is friendly..no putting on airs here. They were also not sticklers about the number of people in our group that got free tastings for the amount of wine we purchased. Even if you go to other wineries for the vineyards and ambiance, stop here to stick up on really good wines!“
“Celebrated an anniversary here with a tasting and enjoying the views and it was amazing! Our host Maddie was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Made the experience a 12/10! Would highly recommend coming to this beautiful vineyard and asking for Maddie! Will definitely come again :)“
“Wonderful experience! We had a reservation for 6 and were seated at a table outside, which was absolutely wonderful. The guide for our tasting was excellent and the wines were top notch. We joined the wine club and are very excited for our first shipment. We also enjoyed our interactions with the cat and dog on the premises.“
“Rex Hill Winery was an absolutely wonderful wine tasting experience! The setting is gorgeous, and the wines were outstanding—we enjoyed a flight of five, each one unique and delicious. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Zoe. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and has such a gift for explaining the wines in a way that is engaging and approachable. Her warmth and expertise elevated the entire visit and made it so special. We left not only with a bottle of wine, but also with a deeper appreciation for them thanks to Zoe’s care. Highly recommend Rex Hill Winery, especially if you’re lucky enough to be guided by Zoe!“
“A family experience with a wine kicker!“
“Great wines, great staff and great space! A must see!“
“Mary and Brandon were amazing! Wine was fantastic and the views were spectacular!“
“We had a drop-in tasting with Liz, who was so kind and funny! She explained the wines were more dry (we prefer sweet) however they exceeded our expectations! The rosé was fantastic. We were able to have a private picnic out on the patio as well.“
“I was very glad that I managed to make it out to some of my favorite vines in the valley. Came in with high expectations and they were exceeded in full. I was completely blown away with the development of their 2013 vintage Chardonnay. The service and knowledge from the staff was top notch. Put this one on your list as a must visit when planning your itinerary.“
“For a very intimate tasting of some truly great wines, Native Flora should be on the top of your list. Looking forward to opening our bottles we bought and getting more from this cutting edge wine maker. Beautiful home, property, and dog 💕“
“Great experience! You get to meet the people that do the work, they have great pride!!“
“Very laid back with old school pricing. Love their whites and Rose. They’re sold out of Sauvignon Blanc. Great deal and atmosphere although just off the highway.“
“Incredible hidden winery. We went here on a whim and we are so happy we did. The view is beautiful. The service was terrific. The wines were delicious. I highly recommend making the trip here. I can’t wait to return and to share it with others.“
“This place is a treasure! It’s a true American story. Excellent wine. Independent, family-owned, built from the ground up by the fruits of the family’s labor, without the benefits (or restrictions) of wealthy backing. We were treated to a tasting of amazing Pinot Noirs, a white Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris blend, a Riesling, and an outstanding Tempranillo/Pinot blend under the shade of a beautifully appointed canvas tent amid the rows of vines, cooled by refreshing breeze on a warm day as the sounds of relaxing and diverse Latino music played in the background. The authenticity of the place cannot be understated. Elena‘s connection to the land and to the entire process made for an intimate experience. The tribute to her family’s Mexican roots made for a singular experience among wineries not just in the Willamette Valley, but anywhere. Our tasting felt like a true privilege. We leave here proud members, and look forward to coming back again and again.“
“Really nice estate wines. Jody does a great job talking through the history of the vineyards and describing the wines. If you're buying 6 bottles or more, consider signing up for the wine club for additional discounts and free shipping.“
“Super yummy wines, wonderful people, and a nice, laidback vibe. ❤️“
“We stopped by here purely by luck at the end of a long day of tastings. Giselle was the most lovely of hosts. We tasted some of the most amazing wines of our entire trip. Don’t sleep on this one…make it must stop for delicious wines at fantastic prices!“
“We spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon at Sealionne and look forward to going back. The views were stunning and the hospitality was supburb. All of the wine we tasted felt pretty darn special and I am excited to enjoy the bottle of pinot noir we brought home with us.“
