“The food here tastes great, but very sugary, and sometimes it takes a while to eat but it tastes very good. The menu screen is a little tiny and it would be nice if it was a little bigger so it would be easier to see, but the rest of the store is great and it is very helpful to see the different types of cookies physically in front of me. Sometimes workers do not ask for phone numbers, or receipts though.“

“Fantastic homemade ice cream with unusual flavors. Gluten free waffle cones and dairy free make it even more special. We bring our great granddaughter once a week from Tualatin to enjoy the delicious treat. Great way to spend time after a day of horse camp (that’s why she’s so dirty!).“

“I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

Parking: Close to 2 disabled parking spots, one Van Access; spots are in the corner so unfortunately often witnessed as occupied by vehicles without placards for ~5 minute stops such as picking up online orders“

“This place has very kind staff, and Ive never had a bad encounter. It's very clean and a fun environment. The toppings are filled to the brim and very tasty. As well as its very well priced. This has got to be the best fro-yo place in town! I keep going back to this place.“

“This place has a variety of tasty frozen yogurt flavors such as cake batter and pumpkin. There were a wide range of sweet tasty toppings from gummies to various chocolates. Very delicious and my tastebuds were pleased and I will definitely tell my friend Ava family about my positive experience.“

“It's quite a strange surprise to find a soft-serve counter hidden in the back of a streetwear/shoe store, that's not the most well-visited place in Washington Square Mall. However, word of mouth has spread around a bit regarding this shop and my partner and I decided to try looking for it since we were craving ice cream while at the mall yesterday. We found it and there was someone working there. They have a pretty solid menu offering delicious mixtures of ice cream and other ingredients like cookies and fruity pebbles, or you could also get a milkshake. The ingredients are high quality, taste good, and are not overpriced for what you get. The only weird thing to me was that they don't have water for customers despite having some sort of dessert, so then you'd have to go across to Jamba to get some. The store itself is clean and nice though there's not many places to sit.“

“We love going to this place when it was first new but as some folks have said here it started to go downhill. The couches were dirty and I only saw the lady that looked like she may be the owner of this place only a few times in the past few years.The drinks were great and delicious but the business started to get neglected. I noticed help-wanted signs and some of the employees didn’t seem happy.The business was also located in a quiet corner away from other businesses but a Happy Lemon was across the street- its only competitor.“

“Wow! I am so glad I stopped in here. I have heard from many people this was the place to go! I'm so glad I was finally able to stop in. I really like the atmosphere. A two story coffee shop is a rare find. I like the decor with friendly staff. The coffee is soo good and the avocado toast is delicious! Way to go Big River Coffee! I'm sooo glad to have found you!“

Last time I went I had the shrimp tacos, barillia tacos and loaded fries. All cooked perfect and tasted amazing! The family that owns it is courteous and kind every time I’ve been in.
