“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

“By far the best chicken I've ever had. Years ago I had PDQ in North Carolina and I thought that couldn't be beat. Canes is by far the best. It was so tender and the breading is minimal and the sauce is soooooooo good. Parking was horrendous but service was great.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

“I was hungry last night. Hungry in that way that makes you a menace to everyone and everything around you. I needed something to eat fast and I didn’t wanna make it myself – thankfully for me Bird On The Run is a couple blocks away and available on DoorDash!

I made my order and I think it was here in maybe 25 minutes? Usually that quickness comes with some kind of downside like undercooked, chicken or soggy fries. None of that to be found here.

The sandwich was massive, one of those things that you pull out of the bag and your jaw drops at the spectacle of it. I wish that I could’ve taken a picture, but I was so hungry that I devoured it without a picture even crossing my mind. I want to stress how much food you get. Huge chicken sandwich and a really large container of very well-cooked, well-seasoned fries! I ended up giving the remaining half of my fries to my husband because I couldn’t finish them all.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. We’re living in an era where it’s hard to feel Like you got your moneys worth when you pay for food delivery, and I feel like I got my money’s worth and then some.“

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. “Great flavored oven baked pizzas, with wide variety of options. Limited options for Veg pizzas. Add ons and side dishes are adequate and offer a great tasting experience. Kids would love the pizzas as they have thin crust and good cooked flavors.“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“The second floor!

My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..

We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!

Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!
