“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“We love peppis! One of the best subs in the city for a great cost (even during an environment where everything has increased), theirs is minimally noticeable. Staff is great and always make you feel welcome with a joke or a laugh! Food is fresh, they use Mancinis rolls (iykyk). Tons of options, but my favorite will always be the cheesesteak! They have burgers, fries, etc! Indoor seating, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks available! Highly recommend!“

“Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. “Came here after work to order takeout because I wanted a bite to eat. I got the turkey sando and the tots and let me tell you I was impressed! I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! The vibe of the place was also a plus, really down to Earth!“

“Gosh. All this time the best pepper steak hogie was around the corner from me. Lol. Drive by this establishment all the time and never paid attention to what was there. Goggle "steak hogie near me" and this place popped up. I said " i got nothing to lose" and i was right. I dint loose anything instead i gained some happiness. Great prices. The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. Ppl friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of what life used to or what life should be lol. Idk i guess iam getting to deep for just a review lol. “It a small public area which is not a bad or good thing since just opinion. But facts are good coffees in front of you really nice staff and always feels welcoming. Obviously tastes good. Not subtracting stars do to location. I glad it in the food court area. Easy access.“

“A fun setup! Our first time at this location. We were seated upstairs. Was definitely a little snug for our party, but food was amazing as always with Primanti. My only complaint was that we may have been overlooked a little, not being on the main floor. Drinks took a bit to get refilled. Other than that, a nice experience. Would return!“

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

I saw them switch their gloves, get new/clean utensils, put down fresh paper on the cutting board. I'd highly recommend Jersey Mike's in general, this location is the best!“

The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. “Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.

Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.

One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.

I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.

At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.

The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.

I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10 stars from me!“

“I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. “I'm giving this a 5, because of the excellent way the young lady handled the situation. It was later at night and every other Subway was closed. This location said open. What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. “This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. “Went to the McKeesport Subway for the first time, since Glassport one is NEVER open and I am so glad I did

The service is phenomenal, the young man working has such a sunny disposition, very accommodating to what I wanted to order, very friendly and professional

The food they serve is very fresh, I will definitely revisit this location again. It will be my first choice instead of the one in my town. I do not think they care at all in Glassport

Parking: Parking lot is right off the Main Street. No issues getting in or out“
