“I initially meant to leave a review sooner, but here it is now. Now I haven't been to any Subway in a very long time, as the experiences I've had has been subpar for many years prior to me quitting Subway. I decided the day I went to stop because I couldn't wait to eat. I go in and order a Supreme Meats and a wrap for a family member of mine. When I say the woman & the man she was training completely changed my mind about Subway, they did. I was greeted and given warm service, which is not something I was used to in Subway. The man she was training, he did a better job on his FIRST sandwich with me then most people who have been working at Subway for a long time. The bread, meat and service was far better than some restaurants I've spent $40+ to eat at. Ever since that day, I've made this my #1 Subway to eat at. When I tell you if I had shown you the sandwich they made me, and didn't tell you it was Subway initially, you would have never believed me once I told you it was. It goes without saying I'll continue to come back.“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“We’ve been to the Murrysville location a number of times now and most recently ordered a deluxe sandwich tray. The owner and staff have been so friendly, every time making sure we had what we needed. For our recent catering order, the owner explained the labels, walked me through all the toppings that are included, and why she gave me the mayo and vinegar on the side, etc. Everyone at our party raved about the hoagies from the tray and asked where we got them. The quality of the bread, meats and toppings are all exceptional and very unique - and the variety of hoagies is so extensive it’s hard to believe. My personal favorite is Nonna’s Veggie - it’s eggplant with roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. I’m so happy to have another great business like this in Murrysville and I wish the owner nothing but success. Give this place a try!“

“Food was delicious as always. Service was on point to make sure it was made the way we wanted. Atmosphere cannot really be controlled as it is in the food court. So worth it though!!

Kid-friendliness: There are options for children and the fries are not served scorching hot.“

“I came in at 6:00pm on 12/23/25 and ordered two sandwiches for takeout the hostess told me it would be about 10 minutes for my order. I waited 30 minutes and still my order wasn’t ready I asked a different person about my order and they said that it’s take some time because they are busy. My thing is why didn’t the hostess just be honest and say there’s an hour wait for takeout. I’m Very disappointed with the dishonesty and the lack of communication from the hostess. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for TWO SANDWICHES. THATS RIDICULOUS ON ANY LEVEL“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“Everyone was so incredibly friendly here! Their gluten free bread is good and they're really careful about cross contamination. I saw them switch their gloves, get new/clean utensils, put down fresh paper on the cutting board. I'd highly recommend Jersey Mike's in general, this location is the best!“

“On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. Good check em out! And thanks to the 3 gentlemen working last night!“

“This location deserves some praise. They work hard and I’ve done multiple pick ups at this mall location of larger orders and they are normally ready to go. Opposed to the location next to chipotle, these guys actually put a good amount of meat, cheese and toppings on their subs. Keep it up!“

“So I came here because the other two locations in mckeeport and white oak said they were open until nine thirty, but they were in fact not open until nine thirty.There wasn't even any workers in the stores. The lights were out. I came here on a long shot since google had just proved to be wrong. Two times in a row only to find that this place is closed too. Upon further inspection, I noticed the drive through was open, and they actually weren't closed here in north huntington. The drive through lady was very nice and informative on all the changes with the rewards program. I'm now about to eat my food.Good experience. good people.“

Vegetarian options: Lots of no-meat options.

Dietary restrictions: The ingredients are all right on the menu so you can see whats in there. And if you don't want something (especially veggies) just don't add it?

Parking: The lot is small and shared with a lot of other businesses. There isn't much right in front of the store.“

“3 separate arguments occurred while we were there on lunch break. One angry customer holding up the line with 1 worker, then the other worker was snippy to an online customer who was picking up. 15 minutes later the worker walked to the car if another customer who had words. Worker cane back in and that customer started to drive away, then pull back in parking space and stormed in. We saw that happen and we threw our food away and rushed out the door. That's my last trip to that location.
Price was also not worth the effort.“

“The crew at this subway is so friendly and accommodating they truly care about you. Sylvia went out of her way to make my toddler happy while I ordered by giving him some cheese and a cookie. Food is always good but sometimes wish portions were a bit bigger for prices. Always use coupons though so it’s definitely worth it. Thanks to the employees who make this location worth going to!!!“
