Not only was she short and rude to us, i continued to hear her give attitude towards multiple other patrons. the restaurant was half empty and a couple without a reservation was only offered the bar, a family with a small child wasnt seated until their party arrived despite having no waiting area.“

“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.“

“Amber was wonderful. Came in for a quick bite to split. We had the canita enchiladas and two margaritas. Everything was delicious. The spicy jalapeno cucumber margarita was also sweet. Wife had the Luna and it was also tasty AF. The service was great and the music brought us back to previous travels.“

“We just had the best meal here! My partner and I had planned on going elsewhere but we got there after 8pm and didn't have a reservation, so the wait was going to be an hour. We walked over to Wm. Mulherin's Sons and they got us a table in about 15 minutes. We proceeded to have one of the best meals I've had in a while! Starters: the octopus was crispy but succulent and the focaccia was pillowy perfection! Cocktails were excellent. The sausage pizza had a wonderful mix of flavors and the crust!! ? I could have eaten the pizza crust on its own, honestly. Thick and chewy on the edges and perfectly done throughout. We also shared a seasonal pasta with ramps, morels, peas, and asparagus, and got the chocolate mousse cake and gelato for dessert, which were heavenly. Our server Jamyl was attentive and warm, and checked in regularly. All in all, a perfect meal in a lovely location!“

“Awesome mexican restaurant in Fairmount! The restaurant looks small from the front but stretches back into really fun dining room. There is a patio option that would be great on a sunny day. The staff was very friendly and personable. I was seated as soon as I walked in but I did make a reservation beforehand. Our waitress made the recommendation for the Baja tacos and they did not disappoint (9/10) The carnitas tacos were excellent (9/10). We also started with the guacamole sampler, which comes with house chips and salsa. The plain guac was just average, but both the street corn and the spicy tuna guacamole were amazing. My friend and I split a margarita pitcher and they were great! A little sweet but perfectly strong. Easily 4 drinks in a pitcher. Overall this place is great for a first date, catching up with friends, or just some amazing food. Cantina Feliz will definitely be added into my regular rotation.“

“Stopped in for their Thursday 5-8pm happy hour, stayed for the go-go dancer and the all-vinyl DJ! This place truly is special, frozen in time. The historic venue/bar has so much charm and life in it still. “I used to come here 30 some years ago when it was Sonoma. It has been several other restaurants through the years but this is the best by far. There are 2 bars. One on the first floor that has retractable windows to open up to the outside. Then there is my favorite bar upstairs. Light, airy, nicely painted walls with olive leaves and glass ceiling.There is a happy hour Monday to Friday, 4 to 6pm. All their signature crafted cocktails are $7 and they are delicious. Our bartender, Jeff, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about his craft. Love that they use a lot of local products. There are other drink options (see my menu photo below) and fun food items. We ordered 2 pizzas (shrimp and artichoke and the pepperoni). Both were fabulous.I will be returning again for their in house made pasta and I can't wait.Parking: People often think that parking is difficult in manayunk but there are plenty of options in the nearby lots if you can't get one on the street.“

“Met up with a friend for dinner and really like the ambiance of this place. Gives a really chill, laid-back vibe and they have some great food and drink choices with friendly staff. I ordered the Grilled Hangar Steak which came with chimichurri and green beans and it was the right amount of food. “My friend group chose Harper Garden to be our after bridal shower dinner and drinks destination. Our party of 11 was catered to by Sean our waiter, and I cannot say enough what a good job he did. Throughout the entire night, we never once felt like our large group was a burden, and all of our food was brought out quickly along with our drinks. Our group decided to stick to mostly appetizers and cocktails. The espresso martini was extremely delicious. We also had several people in the group that were gluten-free or not drinking alcohol. They had a wide variety of mocktails as well as gluten-free options for the table. We got muscles, the cheeseboard, fries, buffalo wings, shrimp cocktail and we were not disappointed with any dish. “My family and I came here today for breakfast and everything was delicious! My mom and sister got the Huevos Rancheros and it was delicious. I got the chicken and waffles (which I enjoyed), but I will definitely go back and get the Huevos Rancheros next time! Their prices are super reasonable and the server was nice!“

“Can I give 6 stars!?!? Holy cow, did Goat’s Beard Manayunk NAIL it for my birthday party this weekend. Every single aspect of the party was on point and above expectations. From someone taking coats as soon as people entered to the speedy and excellent service of our waiter, Tim (amazing is not a strong enough word for him!). “Well if you've ever experienced a wonderful little neighborhood bar Frank's place would be that bar it's the last of the nicetown bars in that area off of hunting Park and 15th Street and Corey the chef comes on at 4:00 and the kitchen is usually closing by 7:00 because there's nothing left he cooks everything wonderful on that menu.“

“I really like Dock Street's beer and often stop in for a couple 4-packs. They usually have same selection of cans on tap so you can sample them. It's a pretty small place and focused on their beer with some lighter food options. Everyone is really nice and I hope they do well here.“
