Unlike the crappy haters at the bridgeville location or getting reprimanded for using a MyPanera + Gift card at the waterfront location, this location is pleasant, and is generally consistent. “I love ordering from honeygrow, but I've had ongoing issues with the rewards system not recognizing my points when I place an order online after logging into my account. During my last visit, I showed an employee what was happening, and she told me I wasn't the only customer experiencing the issue. She tried to help fix it, but the system still wouldn't let me redeem my free drink.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and honored my free drink anyway. She also said she would look into the issue so it could hopefully be resolved.
The staff truly deserve 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the ongoing issue with the online rewards system—not because of the employees. If the issue gets corrected, I'll gladly come back and update this to a 5-star review.“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. Overall I’d recommend Zoup, just get there before 12:00 or after 1:00 on weekdays“

“Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. Super nice guy who was working right alongside his people to make sure our meal was great. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another evening with these fine folks soon!“

“I got a whole Sicilian Pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I would say the pizza was an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. So, I rate it as tasty. I enjoyed it. I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“This was awesome. Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. Our server, Kenan, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and readily gave his recommendations when we inquired. He was not at all pushy, was always patient and pleasant. Food came quickly and was so good. Portions were so generous. I was especially pleased with the protein ratio. It was difficult not to take a piece of meat with each forkful. Honestly, super value for money. Would have gone again if we were in the area longer.“

I didn’t realize they are typically closed on Monday, but the person I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and took our order anyway. They said they are usually there on Mondays to make dough, so they were happy to help us out with the pizzas we needed. Everything was perfect and ready exactly when we asked for it. The only problem was with my fav item………the breadsticks. I got the included 12 and ordered 6 more. Very excited for this since I really enjoy these tasty treats. All 18 were like they had been sitting around for a week. No one could eat them they were so stale! Truly a shame because it would have made the meal experience even better. Oh well life moves on.“
