“We were excited to visit this highly rated Coffee Shop for the first time. When we arrived from out of town we were unable to find accessible parking. There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. The place looks so unique & cool, so I’ll definitely return to scope it out on my own to see if I can come back with my physically disabled guests.“

“Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“I love this bakery! I went there in 2023 when at a work conference and the lady behind the register is so friendly and just makes you feel completely at home there! They have the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Also, it’s worth noting the cannolis are the best I’ve had in America, it was like being transported back to Italia!
If you go to Harrisburg, make sure to make time for this great place!“

“We live 2 hours away and are spicy food seekers. The staff was friendly and attentive. This is the same bar and grill as seen on “Hot Ones”. Home grown and top quality sauces. The smash burger were juicy and flavorful and you can pick any sauce for your good or go plain if you aren’t a spicy person. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be going back again!“

“I ate a late lunch today inside at Dunkin’; I didn't know it was National Donut Day. You get a free donut if you purchase any beverage—my beverage of choice was an Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla and blueberry.
My lunch, the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich, was easy to order and delicious.“

“Coffee drinks are always good. Sometimes, they vary slightly from store to store or barista to barista, but that is what makes me keep coming back. Always fast and pleasant people behind the counter. The price is a little steep, but what isn't these days. The reward system makes up for it.“

“I am working on “regular” status at this Starbucks!! I absolutely adore all the workers they are always helpful and kind!! Also, I adore when they write or draw on my cup, it always makes me smile and helps to get the day started off right!!“
“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.
Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.
Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.
Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“Pretty Much Every Single Worker There Is Awesome! My Drink Is Kind Of Complicated And Most Of The Crew Remembers If Not All Of It, Most Of It. However Kind Of Annoying How They Dont Have A Tip Cup When EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS DOES. I’m Not Changing My Complicated Order For Anything So The Least Management Can Do Is Let Me Tip. “I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“
