“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“Hands down one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been to. First impressions, it’s an incredibly clean and quiet restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. Me and my partner’s food came out in no time, and upon opening my burger, I saw that it was one of the most beautiful burgers I’ve ever seen, (pictured below). “Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. “There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... Great job Long Silver, I hope they are able to keep up the now good service.“

My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..

We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!

Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!

“I don't know if all taco bells are independently owned or not, but the Taco Bell near my home in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, is not consistently good with service or food quality.
This location in the Gibsonia area, has much better service and food quality late at night.
I stop on my way to work usually around 11:00 p.m. and there's only one food item that I normally order that is consistently inferior, (nacho fries)??
Anything else that I've ordered has always been hot and very well-made and presented.
But no matter any time I've had an order of the nacho fries they are not hot, sometimes they're hard, sometimes very soft and soggy, and either over fried or under fried. Tonight was the last time I'm going to try ordering them there because I shouldn't have to pay for the kind of nacho fries I'm getting... Other than that one food item anything else that I get from there is delicious and the staff is always friendly and smiling at the drive thru.“
