“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“Don't like that it's hard to find parking. Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. Food was ok the batter didn't stick well to the tenders. The employees was very nice an respectful.“

“Don't sleep on the burgers and puppies. The seasoning on the puppies was divine... and the fries were sooo amazing! I wanted the chicken but couldn't have it the day I ate takeout, but it was so delicious and no frills good. Classic.“

“Hands down one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been to. First impressions, it’s an incredibly clean and quiet restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. Me and my partner’s food came out in no time, and upon opening my burger, I saw that it was one of the most beautiful burgers I’ve ever seen, (pictured below). Not only did it look great, it tasted great too. The fries were crispy and fresh, and sodas were good as expected. Thanks guys!“

“We always go through the drive thru but today the kids were with us and I didn't want them eating it in the car. So we went inside. It was not as crowded as the drive thru. Same food, good service and above all, clean. One thing though, why do restaurants keep it so gosh darn cold inside?“

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

“There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... Great job Long Silver, I hope they are able to keep up the now good service.“

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day a great one!“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.

“I been here 3 times. In the last year. First time I tried something on the menu and did not like it but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and loved the food and the prices. A place where when I go is mostly teens. They do have great customer service. On the phone and pick up. Plus its local so after work is super convenient. The garlic on tje crust is was sold me. Moral of the story if you have 1 bad experience always give it a second shot.“

“Jeleah (not sure if I am spelling right) was super sweet and helped me with an issue I had ordered via the app. Usually I am nervous because the workers seem annoyed if THEIR app has an issue but she was so accommodating and made sure I had my 100% correct order and quickly. Which also rarely happens at this, or any location for that matter. Girl deserves a raise cause shes by far the sweetest and hardest working employee I have personally come across. “This Taco Bell is the best. The young lady with the blonde hair that works mornings is so nice and always makes sure everything is correct. The older gentleman who works nights with the best attitude is just as great as well. Food is always great.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Shake Shack in the Pittsburgh terminal thanks to Paula. She was working in the dining room and went above and beyond to help both me and my mother. “On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. Good check em out! And thanks to the 3 gentlemen working last night!“

“First time at the chain. Had the Italian. Jumbo feeds 2 people with one big meal or two medium sized meals. Nothing special but not bad. Soft roll was good. Cold cuts were ok. Staff was helpful and efficient. Nice alternative to burgers. Would buy again.“
