“A very pleasant vibe with the environment, the food and the customer service. Will definitely take my friends and family to enjoy a hearty meal again. I would like to add that this is one of the finest restaurant in Pittsburg to experience the best moment regarding taste, environment & friendly staff.“
“Love this place and the family that runs it! They've been serving the community amazing food for so many years, and I have to stop in every time I'm in the area! I get the combo fried rice and the wontons with moon sauce! Moon sauce is spectacular!! Iykyk!!!“
“This is such a great restaurant to visit. It's a step above any other chinese restaurants that I've been able to find. I love trying all of the different skewers. And its great that they bring the grill to your table. This is definitely my new favorite Asain restaurant in Pittsburgh hands down! Must come and try w friends! Service is great. Its fast, and friendly. Fun atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for the large size of the dinners! Can't wait to go back“
“Creative and delicious menu both on food and drink.Always a fun place to be with a consistently great soundtrack.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie sushi options as well as flatbread and fried sides.Kid-friendliness: No kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible screened in porch seating.“
“Soba provides a memorable experience to share dinner and great conversation with a friend. After beautifully crafted cocktails, we enjoyed the Chopped Salad and Crispy Tofu. The visual artistry and flavor bomb of the Chocolate Maki is simply devine.“
“I think what sets this restaurant apart from the other Thai restaurants is that they serve brunch, and the food is a little more "home style" than the other Thai restaurants in Pittsburgh. The restaurant is a little less curry-forward than the others. That means they have a bunch of stir fry options that are quite good. They have plenty protein and veggie-balanced options that the others don't have. The biggest standout on the menu is their milo drink. Milo is a popular Southeast Asian chocolate drink that the kids will drink to fulfill nutrient requirements, but it tastes good (unlike Ovaltine). Tooktook uses the powder and makes a giant drink in-house. The drink brings many positive childhood memories.Parking: Parallel parking“
“Exceptional flavors and creative dishes! The fusion of Asian cuisines here is truly remarkable. Each dish is a delightful journey of taste and texture. Definitely a memorable Easter take-out experience. Highly recommend! The crispy eggplant and fried eggplant with cow horn pepper dish were my absolute favorites and more than likely going to be my must haves every time from Yoka Kitchen moving forward now! ?Thank you for cooking my Easter dinner! ??“
“City Kitchen was a self-driven experience that gave off upscale vibes. We walked in and my 9-year-old was delighted that he was empowered with so many options. After choosing a large comfy booth, he proceeded to use my phone to order from the vast menu.As I was putting my order in the staff brought over cutlery, glasses, and water. You pay as you enter your order on your phone, so there are no wasted trees (physical receipts). The food is then delivered promptly to your table. It felt like the Jetsons came and took over 2024 and packed flavor along with it. We enjoyed the food and our experience, we will be back!“
“Great place what you'd expect from it good food and decent prices are always the key points. It's a get in, get your food, and get out take out place. Had to wait a while cause they ran out of rice but assuming that's not common wasn't too long of a wait.“
“Place is a great lunch spot. Portions are nice and they have great lunch combo plates for cheap. I go here about once every two weeks for lunch. Employees are kind and although you order and pay before sitting down at the front desk, they bring your food and drinks to wherever you choose to sit and are still attentive and helpful during your visit. One thing to say is do not get their Chai tea boba, it comes out very gritty and is just a bad mix of spices which really sucks because everything else about them is great!“
“I’m a Pitt student and Mount Everest is by far one of my most favorite places to eat in Oakland. Every single time I go in, I am greeted with such kindness and spectacular service. The employees are truly lovely humans and they make the BEST sushi I’ve ever had. Thank you Mount Everest!“
“Absolutely delicious!! Excellent food. Prepared perfectly. We had the egg roll (shrimp & pork filling), California rolls, shrimp dumpling, shanghai soup dumplings and shrimp lo mein. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The service is impeccably professional and kind.“
“Excellent food. Pho is great and they have a wide variety as well as other items. The Banh Mi is also very very good. This place can get very very busy with both dine in and a lot of takeout so service can be a little slow but if you have the time it is well worth “
“Great place for some decent sushi. Service was amazing and the food was pretty good. Seems to be a family owned business with a comforting feel and atmosphere. Will definitely go back.Parking: Large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The owners had their kids there, and kids are definitely welcome.“
“I came here to try the peking duck and I have got to say it was one of the best I have had in the area so far. I got the full duck, skin and meat (I have been to some places that only give you part of a duck and hardly any skin) not only that but I got plenty of pancakes, green onion, cucumber, and hoisin. There was easily enough for 4 meals, since I was eating alone. It only took about 30 minutes for them to prepare the duck which is pretty good and average for this kind of meal. The service was great, I am sad I wasn't able to dine in but I definitely understand.Next time I am in the area I am definitely returning not only to get the peking duck but to try more of the meal. I am throughly impressed with this restaurant and can't wait to return.“
“Stopped in on 12/10/23 The service was very fast and my waitress was super friendly! The food was great and my chicken had a nice texture to it . The only two downsides I had was the Crab Rangoon appetizers quite small for $8.00. The last downside was the over all price was a bit of a sticker shock, I left there paying nearly $60 for two people!!! Food is good prices are not so wonderful!“
“I went there thinking I had a good spice tolerance. I apparently do not, as I left feeling light headed and like my mouth was burning. Food was absolutely delicious though. Would 100% eat here again.Service was good, but they forgot about us for little.Atmosphere was nice. Very clean, but they had fly-tape hanging from the ceiling.“
“I love the original location, however this second location is a little more spacious. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious Our order came out quickly. The bill is paid right at the table, which is much more secure and much speedier.“
“Solid American-style Chinese food, good quantity for the price and pretty fast, too. Chicken was packed into the tray and I was happy to find some meaty broccoli crowns, too, stems and all.The sauces could use a little tweaking. Didn't get a lot of citrus flavor from the orange chicken unless I spooned out a big glob of sauce or a piece of peel; otherwise, it didn't taste that different from my partner's sesame chicken.“
“This place is one of...if not THE BEST restaurant in the area. Food was amazing with so many choices with such great textures and flavors melded together. Service here is impeccable and the ambiance is perfect. We will definitely be back for more if we get a reservation.“
