“What a strange place! A big dining room with maybe eight tables in it? The food was okay. Portion sizes seem a bit small for the price, and the steak was a bit dry. I have the pepperoni cheese steak, and I wasn't impressed. Pepperoni really doesn't add a good flavor on top of steak.“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“We’ve been to the Murrysville location a number of times now and most recently ordered a deluxe sandwich tray. The owner and staff have been so friendly, every time making sure we had what we needed. For our recent catering order, the owner explained the labels, walked me through all the toppings that are included, and why she gave me the mayo and vinegar on the side, etc. Everyone at our party raved about the hoagies from the tray and asked where we got them. The quality of the bread, meats and toppings are all exceptional and very unique - and the variety of hoagies is so extensive it’s hard to believe. My personal favorite is Nonna’s Veggie - it’s eggplant with roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. I’m so happy to have another great business like this in Murrysville and I wish the owner nothing but success. Give this place a try!“

“Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. They even made the sandwiches somewhat greasy. We would rather eat crispy french fries, which are way better. Just wanted to let you know that we will still order the sandwiches. Thank you.“

The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. “It a small public area which is not a bad or good thing since just opinion. But facts are good coffees in front of you really nice staff and always feels welcoming. Obviously tastes good. Not subtracting stars do to location. I glad it in the food court area. Easy access.“

“I came in at 6:00pm on 12/23/25 and ordered two sandwiches for takeout the hostess told me it would be about 10 minutes for my order. I waited 30 minutes and still my order wasn’t ready I asked a different person about my order and they said that it’s take some time because they are busy. My thing is why didn’t the hostess just be honest and say there’s an hour wait for takeout. I’m Very disappointed with the dishonesty and the lack of communication from the hostess. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for TWO SANDWICHES. THATS RIDICULOUS ON ANY LEVEL“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. “I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! Dietary restrictions: The ingredients are all right on the menu so you can see whats in there. And if you don't want something (especially veggies) just don't add it?

Parking: The lot is small and shared with a lot of other businesses. There isn't much right in front of the store.“

I was a manager at a Subway years ago and I would have hired 20 of him! Hey Management: He'sDefinitely out to win new customers and I Definitely will be making that my new Subway! And my home actually has a Subway/Board game night when we spend time away from cellular/internet and have good old fashioned fun. Try it ppl... it became a life changing experience in our home. Vegetarian options: I had my veggie sandwich which I absolutely love. Not a vegetarian but for a healthy light lunch, theirs are fresh and plentiful. Delicious“

“The crew at this subway is so friendly and accommodating they truly care about you. Sylvia went out of her way to make my toddler happy while I ordered by giving him some cheese and a cookie. Food is always good but sometimes wish portions were a bit bigger for prices. Always use coupons though so it’s definitely worth it. Thanks to the employees who make this location worth going to!!!“
