There wasn’t a single request they couldn’t accommodate, and the food was absolutely incredible. The event staff was on top of everything the entire day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Justin and his team went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations in every way. “Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. “I initially planned to use the app for my order, but they don’t offer Apple Pay, so I headed to the store instead. The service I received from the girl there was exceptional. She not only helped me get exactly what I wanted, but also generously provided extra brown gravy. Although I had intended to eat the baked potato that night, I ended up saving it for the next day, and it was just as delicious reheated. I went with the Mile High Meatloaf, and it was truly satisfying. The meatloaf was bursting with flavor, and the addition of brown gravy enhanced the overall taste.“

We had a nice private table just inside the door and very near the ladies room.

“For many years, I've eaten your delicious strawberry chicken salad with poppyseed dressing. I loved it, but now you put strawberries with onion and blue cheese and the oil dressing which totally destroys the strawberry flavor. I was so disappointed. It's a terrible salad. Please go back to your chicken, strawberry, spinach salad I don't think that salad is going to fly.“

The owners put their money into the business to better accommodate the customers. Brand new bathrooms in the bar side, and new renovations were done to the bowling side as well. “Me and my family love their pizza and breads ticks and the service is like no other. I now work there and seeing all these mean comments that are untrue is crazy because we clean our facility and we always are nice to customers and prepare the food as if we are making it for ourselves. The wait time can get long but we get very busy and try our best to make it worth the wait“
