It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

“I randomly stumbled across this place this morning, and I'm glad I found it. They have a pretty standard breakfast menu, with some more exciting specials. A lot of their breakfast menu allowed you to build-your-own-meal. Examples... instead of listing out 10 different omelet variations, you essentially just build your own. Same with their frittatas. You also choose your sides (homefries, fruit, toast, grits) rather than being forced to have toast and homefries with the other options being up charged. Ok, onto to my meal. I went super basic. I got 3 eggs scrambled, scrapple, fruit cup, and toast. The scrapple was thick, crispy on the outside, and had a hot soft center... prefect! The fruit cup was a fresh medley of watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, and pineapple. The eggs, toast, and coffee were all delicious as well. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!“

The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

“I've been to Italy multiple times and this is the closest to authentic Gelato that I have had in the area. Besides the gelato being fantastic, they also have great customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“

I had this complaint since 1985! Kandel, Fenine, had one & I complained to Daniella. But she said, "IT IS MY RULE. I ALLOW IT." Well then, I think those managers are STUPID for allowing noserings/face piercings! Sorry!!

I am right in a way! Nobody agrees with me though, except maybe some people.

I would suggest to tell ALL employees to remove piercings at work.

I’m giving them 5 stars though because I called and complained to corporate about my experience of being locked out of this store at 830 in the morning, with no sign up and then being hung up on my the employee. I get a call within mins from the owner. Who tells me that he’s out of town, but not only will this not happen again but to save his personal number to my phone so that if something like this does happens again to call him directly so he can handle the situation right away. He was also calling his employees after being off the phone with me to directly handle the situation. I’ve had bad experiences from businesses before. I mean who hasn’t? But I have never had a store owner correct the situation as well as this store owner did. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Oh and the coffee is great too!
