“Really nice sports bar located on top of a mountain. I've had takeout here a few times in passing and decided to eat in finally. Food is really good, but every time I'm there, no music is playing or the tv's are muted. It's kind of of awkward. You could hear a pin drop. Maybe I'm just used to sports bars being loud. Its so quiet you can hear people whispering. This place has a 5/5 vibe, food and wings are slammin', but unmute the tv's or play some music please!“

“Decided to go to the train station for our anniversary. Food was good. Waitress pleasant. Hostess very sweet. Ofter our dinner we were told our meal was paid for by a couple who already left.so we just want to thank them and let them know how grateful we are for a wonderful evening.and we will pay it forward. “My favorite place in Jim Thorpe! Yesterday, my friend and I stopped in for lunch and despite being super busy, we were able to be seated at the bar. The bartender was attentive and friendly, and the food and cocktails were on point! We can’t wait to come back next time we are in town.“

“We enjoyed our meal at Thunderhead very much! The service was excellent and they were extremely accommodating. Everyone was smiling and even chatting with our 2 year old. The food came out promptly. I had the short ribs and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked. My husband had the burger and it looked amazing. The fries were to die for! Our dessert was made fresh and was the perfect end to our meal. Can’t wait to go back!“
