“The Eat 'n Park on Perry Highway, Mars is a very comfortable restaurant in which to eat. The food is always well prepared and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My friend and I meet there about once a month for breakfast. This past Wednesday 2-4-26, we had Tamara for our waitress. Not our first time with her. Absolutely outstanding! She took our order, served it, checked on us often, and kept our coffee cups filled - all very efficiently, and with a smile on her face. We always leave feeling good about our visit, and look forward to our next time, thanks to the overall great experience.“

“We were stuck at the UPMC Passavant McCandless ER late one evening when the hospital cafeteria was already closed—no options there! Desperate for something quick and decent, I ordered takeout from NPL (the closest reliable option nearby), and wow, I’m so glad I did.
The food came fast—super efficient service even during what must have been a busy time. I got the chicken tenders, and they were huge pieces—perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and absolutely delicious. The side salad was another pleasant surprise; it was generously portioned (way bigger than your typical “side” salad) and fresh.
Best of all, the price was very reasonable—great value, especially when you’re in a pinch at the hospital.
If you’re ever near UPMC Passavant and need solid, satisfying takeout, I highly recommend this place. It turned a stressful night into a much better one with good food done right. Definitely 5 stars!“

There’s a nice variety on the menu, including lots of kid-friendly options, and the atmosphere feels like part of the neighborhood. “First time visiting. Definitely worth the drive from Pittsburgh. Easily accessible, convenient parking. Party of two, dined inside. Enjoyed appetizers, entree and dessert. Food was delicious, and excellent - PERSONAL - service. Our waitress was Janet, and she was absolutely wonderful. Ended up striking conversation with her and another couple. Will definitely be returning!“

“Rocky’s had a Friday night buffet of Polish food, and the selection and quality of the food was first rate! We just happened to see the flier on Facebook so we decided to check it out. It was our first time here. I finished my meal with a retro banana pudding with Nila wafers and cream. Delicious nostalgia! The buffet had several kid-friendly options, so at $14 a person, this would be a great place to bring the family on Friday night. Next Friday’s theme is Italian night, and I can’t wait to try Mary Anne’s dishes. She is amazing!“

“Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“

“My husband surprised me with an impromptu date night, and this restaurant fit the bill perfectly. They were very accommodating despite us not having a reservation. We chose to sit on the back patio; this was a wonderful choice for a warm spring evening. We were so pleased that they were open since many restaurants are closed on Mondays and they were quite busy. Our meal was delicious and the service was very good. We would absolutely recommend the pork ribeye and the Caribbean jerk cod. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked.“

“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. “I’m not fully sure why there are bad or negative reviews to this place (of course I didn’t see this before dinning) but, the food was pretty good. Friendly staff, the burger was cooked exactly the way I wanted it to be cooked. Got a butt load of fries that tasted good as well.
Overall, it’s good. Not a whole lot of options on the menu for my liking but it makes choosing easier.

“Table service was good although I ordered a cup of tea and the cup of hot water was half full so I asked for a second cup of hot water. We were asked if there was any food allergies - thank you. Our two entrees were shrimp and grits and the glazed garlic chicken with asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Both entrees were flavorful and prepared well. Good menu options for Sunday when you don't want brunch / breakfast.“
