A perfect example is that one night I placed an online order for two giant sandwiches, however they were out of a certain item, and did call to tell me about it, which in the end wasn't a big deal, but without even saying a thing, they gave me two free sandwiches the next time I visited in store. Now THAT is great customer service, to go above and beyond what is asked of you.
