“Great! The dishes are straight, clear flavors, very fresh. Our seats at the bar (wood oven) were superb for a cold winter evening. Beautiful natural wine list with some of the best producers in Jura. The prices are in the high quantity/price range but justified when at the end of the evening there is nothing negative to say.“

“We went out for dinner last night with friends and had the best time! First, it had to be one of the best meals I have eaten out in a long time. Everything was delicious! From the scallops, the fois gras breakfast sandwich, steak frites, cod and the incredible sourdough bread and butter (ordered it twice), we savoured every bite. Then the dessert after was the cherry on top! I have to say thank you so much to Cece (sorry if I spelled it wrong), she made our night so relaxed and memorable. The way she describes the food and the joy in her face made our night! She loves the food as much as we got to enjoy it. Incredible food, amazing staff and an all around wonderful evening. “Tucked away at the back of a church this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. We sat at the chefs table and were able to see all the food being prepared and ask the chefs more details about the food. We had the wine pairing menu which was excellent. Our server was very accommodating as one of the wines was not to our taste and they quickly replaced it with an excellent choice. The flavours in each course were delicious and made want to savour every bite. We will definitely be returning to Restaurant Candide again.“

“I've often seen past articles touting this restaurant as well as having seen it on the show Somebody Feed Phil and wondered if the atmosphere was really like what we saw on the show on Netflix. I can sum up my visit in three words: what a great experience! My wife and I loved the tasting menu, all the dishes were tasty and well presented. Everything was excellent, from the cutlery to the decoration and the service of the staff. You could really feel the personality of the chef and the restaurant in each of the dishes. Everything was refined and we could taste the flavors in addition to the complexity of the dishes. They also have an excellent wine list. We appreciated having a different staff member present each plate we received and taking care of our satisfaction. There was a really nice atmosphere in the kitchen and this was reflected in their dishes. I highly recommend Montreal Plaza and in my eyes it is a must-see restaurant in town.“

This one was a bit too easy to find but it made enjoying the delightful cocktails even easier. Thomas was a gracious host and Leo behind the bar a true mixology craftsman.

I enjoyed the house negroni and based on that, followed it up with Leo’s choice. He picked the Side Car for me. Direct hit! Way to go Leo!!

Chill video, no pretension, amazing cocktails, $1 oysters for 5a7.

Good spot for cocktails after work. Shared plates look delicious but I was solo and the plates would have been better shared so I skipped out for an excuse to come back.

The Prix Fixe looks reasonable too. Come with a large party and share family style after work or before a night on the town.“

“We have been going to Greasy Spoon for 10 years and every time the food and service are amazing!! It is also our three teenagers’ fav place; to each their own taste!! Amazing tuna burger, cheese burger, juicy fried chicken burgers!! We have had bavette, ribs (pork and beef) , and roasted cornish hen before. We always get some calamari or salmon tartar with oysters as appetizers!! Their cocktails are loaded with alcoholl!! We always get the half-baked cookie with ice cream, and today we had the perfect cheesecake!!! Great job Angelo training all the waiters and waitresses; always making us feel special when we visit!

Parking: Plenty meters street parking, free on weekend nights after 6pm

Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food ever since they were little. We have seen many kids ans teens eating there every time we visit.

Wheelchair accessibility: From the patio you can access by wheelchair, but difficult in winter when patio is not open. They have heated lamps for fall.“

“On December 4, a couple of friends joined us (my partner and I) for lunch. We were delighted with our experience at Les Enfants Terribles de l'Île-des-Soeurs, largely due to the exceptional service of Pamela, an absolutely charming young woman. As soon as we arrived, his warm welcome and his willingness to help us (my partner uses a walker) and to offer us the best possible table, given our somewhat particular situation, boded well for the future. things. All four of us were very impressed by Pamela's professionalism, patience, kindness and affability, and by the respect she showed us. And we can say the same about his colleagues who brought the food to the table.
And the kitchen was also going to have some great surprises in store for us! All the dishes were delicious, carefully presented and served piping hot. The oysters (caribou) were exquisite, the grilled octopus was succulent, and the blood sausage was delicious. The desserts delighted us just as much.
Even though the restaurant was crowded that lunchtime, the service was impeccable and everything was done to make this meal a memorable one (and that was a good thing, because it was my partner's birthday!).

A big thank you to the entire Enfants Terribles team, and more particularly to Pamela, for allowing us to experience such a wonderful moment. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
