I’m new to the area but she made me feel like a regular . I had a bacon cheese burger that was cooked to perfection and the sweet potato fries were soooo good ! “A wonderful place with exceptional friendly service . The puff cakes are a dream . I ordered mine with fresh fruit . We also ordered the scrambled eggs. Light and fluffy it was delicious . The only thing we did relay to the staff ? It is served in a small cast iron pan and I immediately noticed a strong fishy taste in the eggs . Waitress told us they cook the lobster Mac in said pan . This could be a huge problem for the restaurant as some people are allergic to shellfish and could have a bad reaction to the scrambled eggs . We definitely will be back !“

“We ventured into Providence to Providence for a quiet dinner on a Sunday evening. I'm so glad we chose Ten Prime Seafood. The hostess was charming, the waitstaff was professional, and the food was delicious. We started with the Chicken Nuggets & Caviar, crispy and delicious. The Lobster Tortelloni in pink vodka sauce deserves its own fan club. The sauce is rich without being heavy--creamy, bright, and so flavorful! The swordfish entrée was just as impressive. It was beautifully seasoned and grilled to that ideal point where it's still juicy and tender. We finished off the evening with perfect pairing of Creme Brulé and an Affogato. Ten Prime Seafood is a wonderful addition to the Providence restaurant scene!“

“I absolutely love the food! I always get the large carne asada. Its carne asada, white vegetable rice, salad with piccolo de gallo, carrot and macaroni salad, fried platano and beans. It’s authentic Guatemalan food and I love it.The inside looks a bit janky, but they just opened up. I remember the building itself was a party store than it became a Panda Express and now it’s Xoyita. I usually get take out and eat comfortably at home.“

“What can I say? Avenue N is definitely one of the best in the state for farm to table comfort food and cocktails. However they really outdid themselves with, what I would call, the new “it” dinner option- the birrio burger. Every bite has flavor & every bite melts in your mouth. I hope this becomes a weekly special due to its uniqueness. My “pear-suasion” drink complimented it perfectly. As always the staff there is top notch. Definitely make a reservation for an epic experience. PS please change up your dessert menu. We need some new creations.“

“Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had, in or outside of a restaurant. I had one of the specials, a Portuguese-style steak, which was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Juicy, smothered in a delectable sauce. The portion was incredible for the price. The service was perfectly paced, the staff were attentive and friendly. I will be coming back, and inviting everyone I can!“

“Last night, May 5th, my fiancé and I celebrated our engagement at The Capital Grille in Providence, and I truly cannot put into words how special the entire staff made us feel.

We had no reservations and decided to walk in after my proposal because the restaurant was across from our hotel. From the second we walked in, the experience was absolutely exceptional.

Our hostess, Jada, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. When she asked if we were celebrating anything special and I shared that we had just gotten engaged moments before, she immediately made us feel celebrated and cared for. When she brought us to our table, it was beautifully decorated with heart confetti and a handwritten congratulatory note. Such a thoughtful touch that instantly made the night even more magical.

Our server, Alex, was AMAZING. Truly one of the best servers we have ever had. He was attentive, kind, professional, outgoing, and made our entire experience feel warm and personal. Every recommendation was wonderful, the service was flawless, and he genuinely made our night feel extra special.

Then the manager, Danielle, came to our table to personally congratulate us. She had such a beautiful energy and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. She told us if we needed absolutely anything, to let her know. That small moment meant so much to us because she genuinely did not have to go out of her way to make us feel celebrated, but she did, and it made a lasting impression.

The food and drinks were phenomenal from beginning to end. Everything was delicious. But what truly touched us was how the night kept getting sweeter. At the end of dinner, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert that said “Congratulations” and it was incredible. Even as people who normally don’t like cheesecake, we both loved it. And just when we thought the surprises were over, Alex came back with a bottle of champagne and two glasses as a gift to celebrate our engagement.

The level of hospitality, kindness, and genuine care we experienced at The Capital Grille was beyond anything we expected. They turned an already unforgettable night into an even more beautiful memory we will cherish forever.

After a wonderful meal, my husband paid the bill & we were getting ready to leave when the manager came to our table to ask what was wrong & if we were unhappy w/our server.....'No he was fantastic' we said. Oh! he said, because we didn't leave a tip he thought the waiter had messed up.... suffice it to say.... husband had THOUGHT he left the tip when he paid. Apparently he didn't!!! Talk about being embarrassed!! We gave Jake a little extra in his tip. So, next time you're at Davenports, East Prov. ask for Jake... he's awesome & goes beyond his waitstaff duties.“

Every dish that came to our table looked and tasted like the main ingredient is love. If you are fortunate enough to go when Mama’s stuffed squash flowers are on the specials menu, you better try them. Isabella our waitress was absolutely amazing. I've had one of the best steaks I've had in years.....I'm a former chef and as a chef I look for all aspects in a restaurant...My wife recommended Fleming's due to the fact that she went there in Florida...we had the most attentive waitress by the name of Jocelyn. I'll never forget her. plus the rest of the staff will also so attentive. I really appreciate that you rarely find that in restaurants nowadays...I will be back....FIVE STARS IN MY OPINION“

“My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“It's a beautiful restaurant with highly considerate staff. My friend has food allergies and every aspect of the food prep was communicated and confirmed with her. The saladbar is one of my favorite things, though I missed the fresh hot loaves of bread that used to be at the end of the saladbar.“

“Went with friends on Friday. They take reservations so no real waiting maybe 10 minutes. Everything ordered was delicious and portions were huge. Plenty left to take home and prices were very reasonable. Our waitress was super attentive. The menu had items that have not seen on other restaurant menus. Nice to see. Got to eat something different. Also have Specials. We go out to eat a lot as a group and will definitely be back. Live right down the road and didn’t even know they were there. Learned about them from someone else. Glad we did. Also perfect place for delicious Italian take out at good prices. Even have extra parking and entrance in back. “We stopped off here on the way to cape cod and were so impressed. Great ceviche- delicious lomo saltado and excellent passion fruit pisco sour!! I had called ahead with our order so it was ready when we arrived and we were super happy with everything! The atmosphere is fine but it isn’t about that.
