“We contracted Angles Kitchen to cater the reception following my father's memorial service. I got so many compliments on the food, and I know that several guests sought out John to complement him personally. The service was both professional and warm. We plan on using them again for two events this Summer. Full caveat; they'er a little laid-back, and their were a few times when I got nervous, but in the end...TOTAL professionals (did I mention that the food was prepared on-site?) I give Angels Kitchen my highest recommendation.“

Giant chunks of lobster were buried amongst the creamy noodles. We shared the lobster dish and it was plenty. \nThe fresh cod/ Fish-n-chips was also excellent, flaky light white fish. We waited 45 mins for our table, while sipping hot spiced cider - the food was well worth the wait.“

We chose The Spruce Car, (as opposed to the murder mystery) which is aptly named, as it's filled with rich, warm woods. The cozy lighting & up-scale, but not pretentious, decor created the perfect ambiance for a romantic birthday. Dinner service was nothing short of wonderful. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, beautiful, and attentive. Both of our dinners were delicious and the cocktails were perfect. More locals should enjoy the Bellevue Grand. It's worth every penny.“

“Came here for Mother’s Day and our table came complete with a picture of my family in a frame. What a nice touch! The food was delicious and our waitress was perfect. She knew exactly what we were going to need having two kids under 4 with us. This is my favorite place in Newport and they hit the mark yet again.“

Their classic bacon cheeseburger, fries, and good ol' Busch beer was a home run. My wifey got the grilled chicken and Cole slaw. We tasted that crisp crunch from the slaw. 5 star also goes to my waitress. Solid work for checking in on us.

“We’ve had a couple meals at the Helmway and they were delicious! The calamari is crispy and done just right, the harvest salad is excellent! The scallops were done to perfection…sweet and tender. The lobster risotto is excellent too! We had the cinnamon toast bread pudding…just wow!! The wine selection is just right! We’ll definitely go back and highly recommend the Helmway!! “Best lobster tacos !!! The Management went above and beyond with their service. I had forgetfully left my (newly purchased) red parrot baseball cap under our table. We were visiting Newport, RI from the Northwest and chose to dine at the Red Parrot restaurant because of its excellent reviews. I called the next day about my cap, explaining that we had already left the city. To my comfort, the Red Parrot restaurant mailed my cap along with a bonus - a large Red Parrot T-shirt for my husband. What restaurant here in the Northwest would do something like that ?“

“We came in Sunday evening for a small dinner and dessert and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and filled our drinks quickly. It was pretty empty when we got there but packed when we left. The food was AMAZING. We shared the short rib special and it was so good! For dessert we had the chocolate mousse and bread pudding which were also sooooo good! The restaurant itself was beautiful.
