“I'd say I'm pretty much a regular at the Summerville location. Unfortunately the last two times I headed in right around 8:45pm I was denied service. I was told that they stop serving at 8:45pm as they close at 9pm. Mind you the entry was open allowing customers to come in. Does anyone know if this is a company policy/ standard to say the stores opens until 9pm but take no more orders past 8:45p? I totally understand their workers aren't happy with their jobs and want to get out just as quickly but please help me to understand.“

“I never leave reviews, but this place is just too good to not share. The drinks are unique and delicious (My favorite is the Island Boi, or the Orange Creamsicle one, or maybe the Coco Loco one 😂😂). And the food is incredible! I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t love. My favorites are the hush puppies, hummus, Veg Fil A sandwich, and the rice and beans bowl. This time when we went, the chef added protein crumbles, nacho cheese, and green onions on top and it was even better. My son loves the Hoot sandwich and he’s 10 years old and usually non-vegan….so that’s a huge compliment to the flavor of that sandwich. On top of all this, the place is just cool. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, like I could stay all night if I didn’t have to put my kid to bed! 🤣 I just really love this place and I’m so glad to see it added to our neighborhood!!“

“Ate here a couple times during our stay in a nearby motel.

The food is fresh, hot, and well seasoned without being too heavy on the grease. Everything I got was worth the price.

The fact they are open super late is a good bonus as well.

The only negative thing about this location would be the surrounding area not being very well taken care of and the lack of ease in the ability to get in and out of the parking lot for the restaurant. Things like this could potentially deter someone from taking the time to navigate, park and/or get in line for the drive thru.“

“I came here on the saturday that USC was hosting Livererpool and Man United around 3pm and was blown away by how quick the service was.

“Today was My daughter's birthday and Every one of the workers were very kind ..... The cashier, and 3 other guys we were showered with fries and ice cream for my princess they checked up on us and showed love ....very attentive to the customers and needs.

One of the biggest things is their were 3 younger staff and one older gentleman.... The younger crew were not playing around they were all working in between constantly moving that was nice to see .. you definitely rarely see that ...To young man who gave us extra fries and the gentleman that got my baby ice cream thanks so much it made her day.

Everything at this location is always great! **Small suggestion I always order a large waffle fry, so could you please let the line staff know to please fill it up to the top, as that's why I pay a little extra for the large. Parking: Parking is tight as so many people love Chick-fil-A, so just be patient and get in where you can fit in.

The buisness format is working well for them. You can barely find a spot to move, let alone park, and somehow, the food is always on time and fresh.

Walk into a mcdonalds, and you get eyes rolled at you and normally some cold food 20 minutes after ordering. Ask yourself, when the last time you had melted cheese on a burger or something warm, that's not French fries at McDonald's? It's been a couple of years for me.“

“Kudos to the young lady working the window when I went through last week. My 3 year old was begging for the cream on the advertisement board at the order speaker. I had to repeat myself several times because we could not hear each other over his pleas. I got his food order and asked for confirmation of the order. I apologized about him yelling for the cream drink. She laughed and asked which one. She asked, “The mint one?” It was the chocolate drink. She turned and made him one and stopped me before pulling off. How sweet was that?! She took the time to make an impression on a little boy. He was all grins and thanking her. I thank you as well. It felt good to feel that genuine customer service. We will be back.“

“I travel for work and eat at 5 guys prob once month. Jeffery at this location can definitely cook a burger! It was so good I ate the entire thing annnd went back for a hotdog! Both were delicious! Frys were a little over seasoned for my liking but they were fresh/hot. Staff was friendly as well!“

“September 26th, 2024 we were hit by a massive hurricane helene. I live in Augusta and we were hit terribly. We drove 2 hours to west columbia to find a hotel with power. We unfortunately didn’t find anything, we didn’t have any time to grab our money or really anything. We only had a $5 and the rest on card, we were informed that taco bell card reader was broken. my aunt informed him (jordan) we only had that $5 bill and that we’ve had a rough night. jordan amazingly payed for our meal, i forgot what he payed us but it was meal that came with 3 items and a large drink. he even gave us water bottles. the littlest things mean the world. as a worker he did not have to do that for us but he did. Thank you jordan you’re amazing, your compassion means the world to us. we were able drive back home on a full stomach thanks to jordan. thank you again“
