“The Willcox is a local gem and wonderful place to stay! The atmosphere is charming, historic and moody, creating a relaxing and unique experience for any age. The premium suite was very comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful details, and they offer great accommodations for dogs—welcome bag and all! The customer service and waitstaff is excellent—attentive and friendly. The food is incredible, but the highlight was the Butterscotch Budino. It’s the best dessert I’ve ever had. (You have to try it, no matter how full you are.) Whether you’re looking for a staycation or passing through Aiken, don’t pass on The Willcox.”
“TAJ AIKEN is easily a favorite of ours—it’s my husband’s favorite restaurant in town! The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate with decor that adds to the experience. The food is bursting with flavor! Every dish we’ve tried has been fantastic and we’re excited to work our way through the menu. Be patient with the service, as waitstaff can be busy. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic, delicious Indian cuisine!”
“From hostess to servers to kitchen staff and food, Whiskey Alley in Aiken, SC, is a top notch eatery and a great place to people watch.”
“We are frequent patrons of lunch, happy hour and dinner at Park Ave Oysters but today we stumbled upon their new weekend brunch menu! Um WOW 11-3 Saturday & Sunday, YUM! We will be back for this! As always Phillip and his team do amazing work. The chef always accommodates my wife severe gluten sensitivity and Mia saw to it I ate like a king! Go check Brunch out and visit them anytime and often. An Aiken treasure!”
““Aiken Fish House: Where the Flavor Hits Harder Than the Manager” It was a humid Thursday evening. The sky hung low, purple with tension. I pulled into the Aiken Fish House lot craving fried catfish and inner peace. Then—chaos. Some guy in a tank top near the entrance was yelling. Said the hush puppies was “mid.” Big mistake. Like a shadow gliding from the kitchen, the manager appeared. Calm. Confident. Apron blowing in the breeze like a battle flag. He didn’t speak. He just walked—slow motion—toward the noise. The guy kept mouthing off. And then? Boom. The manager lifted this man with the grace of a ballet dancer and the fury of Poseidon, and body-slammed him onto the hood of a 2008 Dodge Charger. Sparks flew. A flock of pigeons scattered. A child in the corner dropped his hush puppy in awe. Someone whispered, “Is that… legal?” No one answered. We were too busy watching greatness. I went inside. Ordered the fried catfish platter with a side of mac & cheese. It tasted like it had been blessed by angels and lightly uppercutted by Zeus. The sweet tea? Strong enough”

“If you leave hungry or thirsty, it's your own fault! On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the Japanese Old-fashioned and the Cloudy Strawberry Sake. Both complimented the food nicely (sweet/salty combination). The Spring Roll Salad was just so "pretty," and the Pork Fried Rice special was out of this world! Thank you to Chef Chad and company!!!”

“What a great place. Kaylee was a great host. Brad and Chef Sam were excellent. We had full harvest apple salad with buffalo fried chicken and the ‘Kate the Great’ brisket burnt ends sausage with onion rings. We enjoyed the Pinot Grigio and a flight of beer. If you are in the Aiken, SC area you need to stop by and enjoy the local flavor.”

“The food was very good, service was good, but the background music was too loud It was hard to have a conversation when the music is distracting.”
“Great place to eat, classy and emma, a waitress, is such a hardworking, kind, and genuine employee. I definitely recommend her for customer service.”

“We went on 9/2/23. Our server was Imaurie. She was very professional and our food came out in a timely manner and it was fresh and hot. She took our order for everything we wanted at one time. I was definitely impressed by that because I hate waiting and I am very impatient. The endless shrimp was amazing. I loved it. I give her 5 stars for being professional”
“I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while, and I’ve always loved the food, the people, and the overall vibe. The food is delicious, the staff is welcoming, the service is quick, and the place feels clean, warm, and inviting. They have the best cheese wonton and general tso chicken in town. I’ll keep coming back.”
“This place was a very welcome surprise to me. I moved to South Carolina in this area just under 3 years ago. I love Asian buffets in general, but hadn't found any worth talking about. I stopped in here on a whim because I was shopping somewhere close, and was delighted at the food quality. But then I found out that my meal also included getting some steak. I figured at this price it probably wasn't very good. Boy was I wrong. Some of the items understandably get a little dried out waiting for someone to pick it but for the most part everything is fresh and quite delicious. I have been there twice now. And definitely plan on going back. The restaurant itself is big but also is clean. This is a well-managed restaurant.”

“Was in there a couple of weeks ago for late lunch. It was good. Grill person asked us how it was. Told him great. However, the server that was in duty raked him over the coals for talking to us. She did this in front of customers. Very rude and unprofessional. There was nothing wrong with the cook asking us about it. Cooked to perfection and well liked. Server was out of line”
“Tip for accessing Whiskey Rd.: Turn RIGHT then turn LEFT onto Two-Notch Rd. after the Oil Change Business. Drive "less than 1/2mile?" and turn LEFT on Price Avenue. At the Red Light is Whiskey Road.
Dietary restrictions: Ordered SALT FREE Fries. They are always Fresh, b/c the usual is to salt them. Must be made Per Order.”
“Although the steaks are excellent, my absolute favorite is the double cut pork chop. I consistently brag ab.out it whenever we take out of town guests there. Unlike some other restaurants I’ve bragged about and been embarrassed because the meal didn’t live up to the expectations I created, the pork chop at the Prime is always fully cooked (no pink at the bone) yet it remain succulent throughout. While some may consider the cost for a pork chop to be a bit pricey, I believe it is well worth it for what you get. Quality and quantity dictate price. In all my years of fine dining, I have never had a better (or even close) pork chop than that served at the Prime.. the portion is always sufficient for me to take the remainder home for a second meal. Service and ambiance are also noteworthy. I highly recommend.”
“Great wholesome food not over spiced. We especially like the waitress Naomi who'll sing
opera to you. They're main courses are delicious and their pizzas are probably the best in town . their food is a great value. it's amazing how under-priced
their pizza is”
“We ate lunch here on 7/2/25. I have always been very pleased but yesterday we had very little to NO service. The hostess took our drink order and brought out right away. The waitress came without much delay. Our food came in a reasonable time. Then the waitress never came back. She walked by one time and my drink was very low. She looked and kept going. Never saw her again. Had to get the attention of someone else and hostess again brought my refill of drink. Another person brought check after we asked for it and took payment. I feel at the price you charge for a drink, I deserve at least one refill. Not happy at all.”

“It was good....seating is a bit crowded, because they were super busy. Got a little miffed when the lady told us we couldn't get a to go plate for our daughter at 7:03 because they stop doing to go at 7...not the best customer service IMO. The sauces could have more description. Overall a good place to eat and not a bad price.”
“THE best, most fresh street tacos, gorditas, burritos etc. very small, friendly place in the back of a small market. Cannot get anything more fresh.Their white meat only (grilled) chicken tacos come on corn or flour tortillas with cilantro and onion and a wedge of fresh lime. grab some of the sauces and delicious pico de gallo and you have an incredibly healthy meal. Cannot say enough great things.”
“walked in got almost to the restroom, ,no hello, so I said hey y'all, ordered three sandwiches and didn't realize that they heat them up, no asking, they just did it, got home to eat, veggies were chopped instead of sliced, I wanted a Cold Sandwich in this heat, but got a Hot one instead, it was so Nasty, don't think I'll ever be returning again, Also the bottom of my bread was soggy 😭”
“Have not liked the flavor of food cooked here until tonight. It was very good. My wife even ate it and she is a very picky eater. She even took home the leftovers.”
“I really enjoyed this visit to Ferrando's - Whiskey. I went with the large Greek salad and 2 pepperoni slices. The salad was well made with plenty of toppings. I should've got the small. The 2 slices in pictures were just as good as they look. Just the right amount of everything, including the cook. The pizza not too soggy or overdone. I'll stop back by for this combo again. My server was just as good as the food.”

“The food at Legends was excellent. We were visiting Aiken from NJ and happened to find Legends and we are not sorry. While we were leaving Legends we had a medical emergency for one of our family members and Gahee was an angel on earth assisting us. We were blown away by her care, attention, and willingness to help. I cannot recommend Legends enough!”
“I am so glad to have Chicken Salad Chick in Aiken. I have eaten here four times since they opened. Although they are working out kinks, I had wonderful service and the food is always delicious. I enjoy the trio with 3 scoops of your choice. The pimento cheese is good as well.”
“I recently visited Blimpie, and I have to say, I was incredibly impressed. The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned—everything you could want from a sub shop. The bread was soft, the ingredients were crisp, and the overall experience was great.
But what truly made my visit special was the customer service. A young man named Isaiah helped me, and he was nothing short of amazing. Isaiah went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything was prepared exactly to my liking. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the experience so much more enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.
I went to blimpie ordered and suddenly remembered I did not have my card this nice young lady Alexis helped me to figure out the issue.her customer service is amazing
Overall, Blimpie offers not only delicious food but also a welcoming atmosphere, thanks in large part to employees like Isaiah and Alexis. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Adi was very professional and nice. She gave us insight on your new menu item the firecracker steak and shrimp and we tried it and loved it. We will be returning soon for more smile. Give her a promotion or a raise or whatever it is she wants . Thank you again for a great experience”
“Specialty coffees roasted in house. Many to choose from. Friendly counter service.”

“We have tried all the Mexican restaurants and this is hands down the BEST in Aiken! Always excellent and friendly service, decent prices and the food is great! My husband and I enjoy going here on date nights and this is also one of our family's favorite restaurants.”
“I haven’t had any issues and I visit at least 3-4 times a month, sometimes 2 days in one week. Good price for wings compared to many other places and the wings or cooked like I love them (no soggy chicken skin) where I don’t even have to ask to be cooked hard. Tried the hibachi meal once and it was really good. Too much to eat in one sitting or day for me so absolutely no complaints. Some days they are pretty busy and I have to wait for my order and some days I’m in and out. I plan to try the Boba Mill Tea next visit and hope it’s as good as the food.
OAN:Per one of SCDA Food Inspector, friend and former coworker, the restaurant is really good at having the kitchen clean. I know that can change at anytime but for now they are my go to for wings & when anyone ask me about wings this is the only place I mentioned. Good prices, decent quantity and satisfying food.”

“Our waitress Brittany was absolutely amazing. She was bright and cheerful and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure to keep our drink glasses full. She was a true blessing. One of the best waitresses that we have ever had.”
“I am happy to be in this store, my comrade friends. It is hard for a true Soviet to find joy with the old ways. But you Comrade Kroger, have given the true Red some hope. Let me tell my story.”
“Walked in to discuss our need for Thanksgiving dinner. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, very helpful. Looking forward to enjoying this wonderful meal!”
“The best pizza in the csra. Their pizza is so good that I drove over an hour for a vesuvius. My craving started late Friday night. I didn't have time Saturday so I planned my Sunday around lunch at pizza di Napoli. Sunday morning was torture.. my toothpaste tasted like tender and juicy pepperoni, my coffee had the sharp but warm scent of a wood fire and my biscuit from McDonald's tasted like.... well we know what they taste like. The drive over to aiken took forever. We finally arrive I felt like a kid on Christmas morning ...that got coal in his stocking. Closed from the 18th -26th. I had checked the website and called and listened to the recording and and and.... I'll still give you five stars but you may not be getting a Christmas card this years.”

“I have heard horror stories about some Burger Kings, but I'll tell you the one on York st. in Aiken Store #133794 was a very pleasant experience from the minute I walked in the door on May 28th at 8:30am until I left (I ate in). The women working the counter was smiling and super pleasant. There was a young man working on the floor (I believe he was cleaning up at the soda fountains) also giving friendly greetings and smiling. The place was spotless. I wish I could of left a review on the BK website, but my receipt had a survey code on the top and on the bottom both cut in half and I couldn't read the numbers needed to do the survey.”

“The hostess told us 4o minute wait for a party of seven. After an hour plus my phone buzzed telling me our table was ready. When I went to the hostess,Priscilla she told me I had said a party of five. I said I know how to count the number in our party. Finally a server came over and found seating for our party. After discussion with manager our entire meals for a party of 7 was on Outback’s. The manager and assistant mgr very nice and accommodating, This was true customer service and satisfaction. I will continue to visit Outback’s for this reason The food was delicious and Caden our waitress was very nice and helpful.”
“Antoinette (I know im spelling that wrong and I'm so sorry) is the new GM. She is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, and courteous. She is exactly what i would want in a general manager to turn this place around as the customer service has been awful. Drive thru worker who was working the headset and my payment today at 3pm on 01/27/25 messed up so much and was rude and mean. The new GM fixed it all and was apologetic and wonderful. I have full faith she will be able to fix this place and it's terrible customer service!”
“I had a really pleasant experience at Applebee's! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor - exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a nice meal out. It's always great when a casual dining spot like this delivers both great service and good food. I'll definitely be visiting again!”

“The $1.99 menu is one of the best things that have happened to my stomach. I fear I visit Sonic at least three times a week. The Sonic app ensures an easy ordering process, smooth pickup, and special deals. My favorite drink is the Twisted Flamingo drink (a digital, app exclusive).”
