“For a little counter service in a 7 eleven, Raise the Roost is pretty good and inexpensive. Mostly fried foods, but the tenders are pretty tasty.

They close early, usually done by 8 o clock. But still surprisingly fresher then some more expensive chicken places.

You order your food and then are free to roam around the 7 eleven. Then they ring it all up in one order.

There are even a few tables inside if you need a place to take a break from the road.“

That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Went to the one at the factory first time going to that one, with out of town company it's like all of them you stand up to order then they bring it to your table. I got the chicken tenders one party got the salad with chicken it was a very good the only problem was there was a lot of flies which was disappointing since we were indoors..constantly swatting“

“This is the spot for fried chicken/seafood in Nashville. Ordered the chicken tenders and waffle ‘hella’ hot with extra pickles, and this was a perfect spice for me; boyfriend ordered catfish and shrimp ‘hot’, which made him sweat, an “enjoyable” level of spice he confirmed (note: it doesn’t take much to him sweat when it comes to spice). Service is fantastic and the atmosphere is just how we like it, highly recommend! 🐓 Btw you could easily split the servings between two but our spice necessitates separate orders. Enjoy!“

“I tried Hangry Joes for the first time tonight. 10/10. I got the honor to order with Mit. He was very polite and willing to answer any question I had. I was even able to try samples before I ordered. The establishment is very clean. The food is made to order so everything is fresh and delicious! The best part is that the meat is HALAL! “You can’t visit Nashville without trying hot chicken, and we were glad to find this halal spot! The food was great, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

The staff were very nice and quickly corrected an order we received by mistake. The mac and cheese deserves a special shoutout. It was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The snack pack was a unique twist of chicken on fries and tasted great too!

“Chick-fil-A should run TDOT. Our road and highways would be perfection. Chick-fil-A can have 50 people in their line and you’re still getting through it in less than 5 mins. Food is always on point. “My husband and I dined here tonight with our 16 month old son. The staff were all super friendly, and the gentleman in charge went out of his way to interact with our son and offer him a small toy. During our time in the restaurant, a disoriented and disgruntled man entered the restaurant demanding food. His behaviors escalated to a potential safety issue for other patrons, and the gentleman in charge handled the incident incredibly well, treating the man with dignity and respect while also sternly trying to ensure a safe and comfortable dining experience for everyone else.“

“I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

“Great food, super clean dining room, and staff really hustling to get it right. It's why Zaxby's is thriving, while the Colonel across the street has finally closed down. We only get restaurant food once a week---usually splitting an order, at that---but Zaxby's often gets that business from our fam. Why? Because of the excellent chow, dining room open after hubs leaves work, and pleasant atmosphere. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it right! 👍“

“Had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A in Nashville. The chicken salad was excellent and tasted fresh and flavorful. The portion was good, and everything was prepared just the way I expected. You can definitely tell they take some pride in the quality of their food.

The service was also great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful, and my order was handled quickly. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the employees seem like they actually care about providing good customer service.
