“It only took me 8 years to visit Little Gourmand but I was really impressed by the selection of French groceries available. Got me some escargots and a baguette from Paris and a few other treats like crème de marrons á la vanille. I’m going to have a French Easter. I guess you can take the girl from Belgium but not Belgium from the girl and sometimes I got to have the food I grew up with.“

“I got an Air B&B right by this place from May 28th to the 30th. I went everyday and twice one day. the coffee was amazing, and the people making it were so nice. I remember a Brook? she was very kind they really cared when it came to the espresso. did a couple test runs to make sure it was coming out right and gave me the name of the mocha they use thanks guys“

“Super cute coffee shop tucked in the back of a shopping area. They had festive decor, gifts and coffee/food items. Though the coffee wasn’t great, the service was extra friendly, the place is super cute and the yogurt dish was very good. I’d go back for a re-do on the coffee.“

My latte was a bit pricey, at $6.56 for a large (even comparing to my not-cheap home coffee shops in the upper west side of NYC) but the value is there for a cup that someone clearly cared about.“

“Got their bagel egg and cheese, subbed micro greens and croissant ($6) and oh wow- delicious!! Also had matcha latte with oat milk and drank it all up in record time. The cafe is impeccably designed with wonderful vibes. I hope they do amazing because they're such a treat. Prices aren't too bad either!

Only thing is maybe avoid the vegan banana bread munchies, it was dry and stale - $6“

“My wife visited here about 6 months ago and got coffee on her way to the airport and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. We’re here for New Years and she made sure we came by. I got an iced white mocha, which is better than anyone I’ve ever had anywhere else and we also shared a Biscoff cheesecake which was absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing, you can’t go wrong if you come check this place out.“

“I love 8th and Roast. It’s my fave coffee shop in Nashville that I’ve discovered so far. I’m disappointed to discover Little Bear Latte was only a seasonal beverage because it’s the only drink I ever got there. I’m not a huge fan of the new seasonal drink. So I’m not sure what to drink there now. :( I love the cozy, relaxing atmosphere and they have a great loyalty card program. 8th and Roast is a must.“

“This cafe was small, but airy, beautiful, and clean. The menu is predominantly vegan, the only animal product I noticed was a coffee option with colostrum, and I think maybe some things had honey. When ordering my latte, they only offered vegan options (oat, almond, cashew). I picked up a pumpkin coffee cake and a wrap too, and everything was sooo good. My favorite meal in Nashville.
