“Shauna (Shawna can't tell how to spell name properly). Was PHENOMENAL with customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding about my drink missing via Grub Hub. Any other fast food establishment would've been upset with me calling several times. 1. Being my dad's order needing dressing put to side and 2. That his salad had nothing on it. 3. My shake was missing BUT you confirmed my next order for it. The one Arby's closest to me in Virginia has nothing on this Arby's location. Thank you so much Shuana! The woman who was answering phone/so kind and patient with me.“

“Haven’t really been a big fan of PE in the past. This was my first visit to the Ooltewah location and they outdid themselves. I got the Beijing Beef and half fried rice/ half lo mein. All of it was excellent. The girl at the window was so pleasant. You’ll see me next week!“

“I want to recognize Catherine who often works the drive through window in the mornings :-) Catherine is polite & friendly, while efficiently filling orders for long lines of customers. I know when I see Catherine filling my order that everything I ordered will be correctly filled & in the bag. I am also impressed that this location consistently has a high food safety inspection report which is posted at the drive through. Great breakfast :-)“

“Ah, the ol' taco bizzle. Ol' faithful. If you are into making unhealthy food choices, and like always being able to have access, this place is for you. Now in the morning, you may feel like poop, or feel like you need a massive poop.... Or even the same night you eat it,.your face may get flushed and red just from the sheer amount of sodium and preservatives... But man, is it tasty. Probably one of my favorite places to eat when I'm feeling self destructive.“

“Sorry to have to take a star away but twice in two weeks Chick-fil-A disappointed me. Last week's mistake was really no big deal in that they left the cheese off my grilled spicy chicken deluxe. However, today's mistake was not so insignificant. Ordered my grilled spicy chicken deluxe (trying to have as many as I can before they take them off the menu). When I got home low and behold, they were the deep-fried regular chicken sandwich. Was very disappointed at this uncharacteristic mistake by Chick-fil-A. So going forward, will check my order before leaving the drive thru lane.“

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“The drive through lady was very nice and it caught me off guard how friendly and respectful she was. We got two $7 boxes and they forgot the chips and cheese sauce, but I called and "TeeTee" helped me and told me to come back and they would fix it. I still haven't gone back, but I'm confident they will take care of it.
Dietary restrictions: If you have diet restrictions, Taco Bell is probably not a good idea. Lol.
Kid-friendliness: If your kids like taco bell, I'm sure they will like it. If not, don't go. Simple?“

“Okay went through the drive through on August 24th at 3:30. Absolutely the most precious lady working the window!!!!!!! All people in the service business could take a lesson from this woman. She was just so dang nice. Thank you for being a wonderful person and employee !!!“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“October 17th 2024, 3-3:30 PM. My family and I came in to get lunch and the cashier had an amazing personality, greeted us and over all fantastic customer service skills. When we ordered saucy nuggets for my 3 y/o niece, she wanted half one sauce and half another sauce. The manager in the kitchen at the time immediately looked up with a disgusted look and said "We don't do that, make it separate orders." Rolled her eyes and went back to work. When I asked for her name, she looked around the corner with a confrontational look on her face. GG or JJ was what I was told. I am going to make a corporate complaint about her aswell.“

“Only three stars b/c I ordered the bowl which requires a fork...... no fork. 😑 That defeats my purpose of fast on the go food. If I have to get my own fork I might as well sit at a waited on table but it's not as fast as drive through. And the order wasn't correct. Ugh. Again I might as well sit at a waited on table.“

“We get dinner from here a couple times a month. The food is so much better than they get credit for! I always get hot ham and cheese, but there chicken fingers are also delicious! I've gotten the Frisco that was really good too. Employees in the evening are super friendly and helpful and my order so far has always been correct.“

“I had a large order that was needed for a Father's Day gathering. I was able to call and speak to the manager Gina. She was able to assist me with all of my needs and when I got there to pick it up everything was hot and ready! Her staff was also great with assisting me to get my order to my vehicle! Customer service was top notch! The restaurant was clean too! Thank you to Gina and all of her staff for making my family event a great success! Kudos!!!“

“We dined in and the whole time we were here the crew that was working was very respectful of the customers coming in leaving and through the drive through! The most respectful bunch of young individuals I have experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very very long time! Thank you to everyone working on 10/13 between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm during our meal. You guys rock! We will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the good work !“

“I stopped at this location on a roadtrip as it was close to where I was staying b/c we don't have Bojangles in CO, and I adore a bo-berry biscuit in the morning. I was helped quickly and my order was fresh when handed to me at the window. My only "complaint" really just something of note was that the speaker needs some maintenance, it is difficult to hear the person talking like bad static on a walkie talkie.“

“These people work their tail off. I’m a dasher and get to see these workers daily. They’re constantly communicating and multitasking. They move a drive thru line like no other. They make sure everything in the bag is accounted for before handing it to anyone. Customer service is always great as well. I appreciate y’all 💜“

“After terrible experiences at our local Taco Bell (Decatur, Alabama), this was SUCH a treat to have hot, fresh, delicious Taco Bell! Excellent job to this location in McDonald, TN. We ordered at the kiosk and our food was prompt and all special requests were exactly right (picky kids). Super clean restaurant for dine in eating. We were traveling so it was great having a clean bathroom for smaller kids.“

“Absolutely delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorite drive thru spots and 9/10 times it's on point. It's a bit outta my price range most of the time but with this 2 for $6 special my broke self can eat like a king!! ? Seriously though, great food, employees were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. My only request is bring back the orange creme shake!! It would really help light up my world and my therapist will thank you! All it takes is an orange creme shake, think about it Mr and/or Mrs Arbys ?“

“Ordered online for curbside. Arrived early and app said I could only check in 5 minutes before arranged time. I waited, then checked in again, and still the order was 4 minutes late being brought to my car. This may have to do more with the app than the store, but that was my experience.“

“The service was A+ first off and the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza was delicious ?. It was loaded with chicken n cheese, drizzle wit ranch n just the right amount of sauce to set it off ?. The lady who took my order and prepared my pizza was fantastic“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“
