“This is a pretty good Hardees. The food is always good in terms of mass produced food but the service was good and the food was hot and fresh. I was in and out of the drive thru quickly and have not had a problem with breakfast or lunch at this location. I'm pretty happy and come here often. Thanks for the great service!“

“Shauna (Shawna can't tell how to spell name properly). Was PHENOMENAL with customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding about my drink missing via Grub Hub. Any other fast food establishment would've been upset with me calling several times. 1. Being my dad's order needing dressing put to side and 2. That his salad had nothing on it. 3. My shake was missing BUT you confirmed my next order for it. The one Arby's closest to me in Virginia has nothing on this Arby's location. Thank you so much Shuana! The woman who was answering phone/so kind and patient with me.“

“I go to this Panda Express every Friday evening with my group of buddies. They serve quickly, the food portion size is pretty large, and their customer service is excellent. The app glitched out and it bought 2 orders instead of one, and the manager refunded me the other order and made sure I only wanted one.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“
“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“
