“My first time at the Poplar location. The staff members including the manager were so friendly and welcoming. The manager suggested that I taste the broccoli salad and it was so delicious that I ended up adding it to my meal. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very tasty. I will definitely go back there again if I am in the area. Kudos to the staff 💕“

“Great experience the food was great!! The timing was great we were not rushed The onion rinds were so good!!! We both had the white fish mine was blackened I asked for the seasoning to not be too heavy I wanted to be able to taste the fish. Y husband had the fish with lemon pepper. He loved his meal also. The sides were excellent also the whole.meal was served at the perfect temperature, that is very important to me. I really want the hot food piping hot and our cold slaw was I cold just the perfect temperature!! Our waiter was Q and he did a great job. Thank you for s great experience once again !! Your food and service are always top notch! We try to get to see you often we live in Olive Branch so it is a drive but always worth the neffort!“

“Hey nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. when your order is missing something or even the cookie, they will make it right! I was greeted by my favorite cashier today! -- Lexi !!! -- She is always there to greet everyone with the warmest smile. They have a manager there that goes above and beyond to create a special atmosphere and a great customer service experience! ----- Ms Jordan ----- She definitely tries to nourish the soul from the inside out! “To say the food is fantastic is an understatement! Every single item (turkey panini, homemade chips, sausage and cheese plate, brisket chili) is just phenomenal. Even the to go orders are always hot and fresh. I have never liked pimento cheese but am obsessed with their pimento bacon jam. And the service is always wonderful! Thank you, WRB!!“

“Ate there today for the first time! Got there around 11:30 and was seated around 11:50. Denny was 5 Star! I can’t thank her enough for helping me with my toddler since I was solo😅. Everyone was so patient and kind! Food is REAL home-cooked food! The pecan pie & ice cream were my fave! I think the train was my little man’s fave haha! I can’t wait to go again!“

“Was in town from SC for a job and this place caught our attention.. I ordered the fried catfish plate with Mac n cheese, fried okra, and cucumber salad for pick up… Food was ready in 10 minutes and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Catfish was super crispy and seasoned well as was the Mac n cheese!! Definitely left us satisfied and next time we’re in town, we will be dining in! SOO GOOD!!!!“

“I enjoyed the chicken salad. I had the basic chicken salad on a salad with ranch. It was good except for the cucumbers. They were really bitter. The pickle was excellent. Parking was insane. I had to park at Trader Joe's. I'll be back next time I want chicken salad and don't want to make it myself.“

“I have loved this place since I was a little kid. I moved out of town, and every time I come home it’s the only place I want to eat. Also, my dad‘s girlfriend has some health problems and she can’t have the chicken with the gravy on it and they are always so nice to take the gravy off of the chicken and she truly appreciates it. “This food is so, so, so GREAT!!! The portion sizes are better than most. These folks are about to blow my food budget. I had to talk myself down from ordering from them on yesterday. The variety is everything! You can easily eat at this restaurant 7 days given the array of foods. I especially love the veggies. Well, I especially love the banana pudding [authentic, down-home style] like Muddear used to make back in the day. The entrees are exceptional. Did I mention the corn bread? Okay, order an extra loaf for snacking later- its that good and you better not dip it in gravy - oh, yeah. I think this place has soul food on lock. Easily. I sample the city eateries here and there but not anymore. I have found my spot. This food is the way to anyone's heart. The customer service is excellent. Very warm and friendly work team. I love the way they assist each other. Call-in orders are hot and ready at the time quoted. A++++ restaurant!!!“

“Katie’s Kitchen is the absolute best!! My family had an emergency and wasn’t able to travel as planned for Thanksgiving. I needed to come up with something for my little family to eat for turkey day. Katie’s Kitchen staff let me place a last minute order and really saved our Thanksgiving. I am forever grateful for how kind they are! The food is also always wonderful!“
