Theres some days the biscuits are hard and falling apart and not great but than theres days like today 6/18 the biscuits are made to perfection. Whoever made the biscuits today needs to do them everyday or train whoever else does them better because I can literally always tell when whoever made them today makes them bc they are delicious!“

“First time ever dinning here. I have seen Captain D’s everywhere but never wanted to go, I thought it was just another fast fried food place. We got a mailer and was surprised to see they served grilled fish baked potatoes and steamed broccoli as part of their menu so we tried the restaurant in our hometown Madisonville Tennessee, we where very pleased.
The service was great. The price was excellent. The food was very nice and It was refreshing to find a fast food restaurant with healthier options.
With the baked potatoes, broccoli grilled fish there is something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back.“

“I only have one con the rest are Pros. The Con's,was my French fries were probably cooked twice super hard,couldnt eat em. Now for the Pro's, EXCELLENT customer service. I went thru drive thru 11/26/24 at round 2 or 3pm. 2 gentlemen waited on me. Great service. Thank you. Please award those 2 men. My sandwich was Hot Ham &Cheese was Hot,delicious...thank you to who made it. And of course I had coke. Rating would have been All Stars except for the french fries. All in all high ratings.“

“Got this trying on the way home from Florida since we wanted something besides fast food chains.Riley the cashier was so knowledgeable,polite,nice & glad we took his suggestions!!You cant beat the prices 7.99 for a double cheeseburger, 2 sides & a drink. I got cajon fries & cheese bites. The burger was so good, fries & bites awesome! They also have 40 flavors of milkshakes which I didnt get because I was stuffed. We will be hitting this place up every year. I suggest to anyone to give it a try so yummy!“

We ordered two Asian Sensation salads with additional egg rolls last night. It was a to-go order and it was ready when we arrived. Once home - 20 min away - we discovered that the 4 salad dressing packets and 1 dipping sauce were missing from the bag. We also had trouble biting into the egg rolls. They were very tough and obviously over cooked (nearly burned). We did not wish to drive back into town and made do with dressings and sauce we had on hand. This is very unusual for this store. I am usually very pleased with what we order from them. From now on, I will tear the bag open and check everything before leaving the store.“

“Think this is the first time I have eaten at Papa John's since moving to Athens. I read some terrible reviews but I don't see anything wrong with the pizza. For clarification, I ordered on a Thursday around 4:30 pm so maybe it's the particular crew I had or maybe they used to have some bad employees. Either way, my pizza was done right when they said it would be and looks wonderful. I haven't eaten it yet because I'm writing this review 😅. The lady mentioned something about the green bell pepper that night shift was doing something improper so makes the customer (me) think that they weren't fresh from today! Also there were NO drinks in the fridge at all! K maybe bc they just had opened about 30min prior... But you would think they would keep them in the fridge so I'm not sure.“
