“I went to chilis in rivergate and my server was Ireland. She was an amazing. Had such a great uplifting personality , made sure everything was good with me. Checked up the right amount of times. He was a nice young man who was polite, attentive, asked if we need more drinks or anything, anytime he passed by. this young man's actions and service made my morning a good one. Then we were told they were out of everything else?this was the night before Thanksgiving. A few phone calls later and we headed for Goodlettsville location, where we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations- many thanks to this corporate store!!!“

“We stopped by for a late lunch. I’m not a fan for the way you have to order but I understand it. While we were eating an older gentleman n 2 ladies came into eat. They did not understand how to order, the first worker tried to explain but did not do that well of a job. As they were still trying to figure out how to order a worker from the back came out to take an order outside. When he came in he told them to have a seat and he would take care of them. They told him they were ready to order, he took their order and told them he would bring it out to them. The gentleman went to fix their drinks but without having an order number to scan the machine wouldn’t work. The worker that took their order brought their drinks out to them with their meal. Now this worker did not have to help these people at all but he did out of the goodness of his heart. They paid their bill and left the worker a very nice tip. I hope he sees how much he blessed those people today.“

“I told the girl that we get a military discount. After paying she handed us our food. I checked the ticket and no discount. I said I didn't get the discount and she said it's done at the register. I said we always get it when I order she kept saying, NO it's a the register. Well she didn't offer to change it. I told her to be aware bc it is Memorial Day weekend. It's not much but it is the principal.“
