“I went to chilis in rivergate and my server was Ireland. She was an amazing. Had such a great uplifting personality , made sure everything was good with me. Checked up the right amount of times. Just made the experience amazing. Everything about this server made chilis seem better. I will defiantly be back to see her again!“

“Longhorn is a casual dining establishment that as it's name implies does steaks. The many times we have gone to this location the steaks have been spot on. The cook / temperature has always been as ordered Rare+. Or just under medium rare. The seasoning on the steak is a little under salted which is as it should be, because the customer then can salt to taste. As a side we usually get the baked potato fully loaded. They salt the skin and 90% of the time the potato is cooked perfect. We usually get the ceaser salad, they do over dress the ceaser occasionally, from mildly to swimming. But the flavor is always good. The spinach artichoke dip is fantastic with the little deep fried pita chips they use. The Wait staff is always very accommodating, friendly and does a great job. Tamara, the manager is super friendly and takes great pride in this particular restaurant. The atmosphere is as any large casual dining. Open space so a "quiet" dinner shouldn't be expected as the dining area holds probably 40+ tables. We frequently dine here and will continue. Probably one of the best casual dining steak places in the area.“

“Mixed review because I am EXTREMELY displeased with the downtown location- they sold out ham that we had preordered and prepaid! Then we were told they were out of everything else?this was the night before Thanksgiving. A few phone calls later and we headed for Goodlettsville location, where we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations- many thanks to this corporate store!!!“

“10/22/22 I don't know if waffle house acknowledges when they have a good worker but today I had a great experience with the young man who attended my table. He was a nice young man who was polite, attentive, asked if we need more drinks or anything, anytime he passed by. this young man's actions and service made my morning a good one. “I told the girl that we get a military discount. After paying she handed us our food. I checked the ticket and no discount. I said I didn't get the discount and she said it's done at the register. I said we always get it when I order she kept saying, NO it's a the register. Well she didn't offer to change it. I told her to be aware bc it is Memorial Day weekend. It's not much but it is the principal.“

“Stopped in here today just to get drinks and fries. The best service, kind folks working here. The gentleman working the grill stepped out to give us seasoning for the fries. One of the ladies brought out the Nutella shake for my daughter. I saw the folks here helping others with the tech check out stations. Fries, shake and drinks were great! Really great experience! “In a world of washed-up, half-assed, Captain D's, this one still shines like a city on a hill. You can still get a high quality, well priced, great tasting meal from this fish house. Everything was made fresh, was piping hot, and quieted that growling monster in my gut. The two piece meal was more than I could eat for lunch and I actually took what was left to go in a box. “We had a 35-minute wait, but it was well worth it. It was on a Sunday after Worship Service, and a large 20+ birthday party was in progress. Once seated, everything moves quickly, and the Blacken Salmon is delicious“
